Jeraly...yep as always I'm fl;oating around somewhere Rae and Scott....will have you added into spreadsheet in 5mins or so Billy.....I'm just worried that if we leave it open that things will get added out of order / info will be lost / stuff will get corrupted / we'll have same problem as before with multiple people trying to edit at same time. Unfortunately we are going through the Montreal embassy in Canada which is currently taking over twice as long to assign interviews as Vancouver...AROUND 6 MONTHS at the moment! Anyway, great job at improving the list. Gonna work on putting specific embassy for everyone but will take as will need to view everyones timeline...I know all UK's are London. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION JULY FILERS!	My wedding(s) are not gonna be big either. My dream wedding has always been small.....just preferably with my family and close friends there and in a nice outdoor setting followed by a cosy meal and a few drinks. My first legal courthouse thing is gonna be me, nick, nicks parents, nicks bro as his witness (best man idea), nicks eldest sister as my witness (maid of honor type thing) and thats it! Not even an official photographer just a few nice snaps by friends/family and my camera (i'm a professional photographer myself and yes i do weddings) on my tripod on a timer. Getting my red velvet dress which if anyone is interested (nicks mammy, no peeking!!) it's fromdark angel clothing and it's the angel dress second wedding maybe 18months later will be the outdoor thing hopefully with just nicks family again and my parents and brother (this is where it gets interesting...I have an american, my brother is dating a south african). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION JULY FILERS!	How is everyone going about the the whole planning a wedding with no definate date? I'm just wondering. We are just doing a quick cheapish civil courthouse legal thing, doing AOS then saving up to maybe 18months later have a 'real' wedding celebration when my family should be able to visit from scotland too. Still getting a nice new dress for courthouse thing (red velvet) and still gonna make as much of a fuss as possible of course. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION JULY FILERS!	I admit Nebraska may not be to everyones taste. The nearest ocean is a couple of days drive (but thats why we have planes....oh and this brings me to another big difficulty I found with a transatlantic relationship......I'm terrified of flying and I mean terrifed, I get so stressed before a flight that my chest physically hurts and I can't breathe properly and it's a least 3 planes from glasgow to nebraska, I wanted to be cabin crew years back until I had to take my first flight and discovered it was a terrible career move!!! However I did jump out a plane at 10,000ft for charity on a solo skydive, go figure) There are NO hills (now coming from the scottish countryside thats a big change, Nick used to tell me how flat it was, didn't believe him til I saw it....well it is the great plains, leaving green hills, mountain covered with heather, my river at the end of my garden to move to corn fields) It's not exactly a thriving urban hotspot ( again, I'm a scottish countrylass who hates the city so suits me fine ) I really like it there though. I get on great with Nicks family, and it's a big family. Only thing I'm not looking forward to.......spending hours in the basement due to tornados.	weedebz	Female	Scotland	2007-07-31 13:16:00
K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION JULY FILERS!	Well since everyone else sharing.... Nick messaged me in Feb 06 after spotting my Yahoo profile (I liked the same music as him) and though I usually wouldn't reply, I decided I would as I could have used someone to chat too. I was coming to the end of a long term, live in relationship and Nick had had a tough break up. We spoke online almost daily from March 06 and became each others support systems. I decided I really needed a holiday and was going to go visit my friend in texas and me and nick agreed I'd do abit of state hopping as it would be cool to meet. Well I had a huge fall out with the ####### in texas. After a good bit of talking we decided I'd still go but just spend my full 15 days with Nick and his family. Booked my flights in April 06 and travelled over for last week in June- first in july (first trip to US and I witness 4th july celebrations). Between me booking tickets and heading over we started to develope feelings for each other. The instant we met it was amazing, we spent 2 great weeks together and both of us in tears when i had to leave. We spoke constantly online and both got webcams. Finally 6 months later (December 06) Nick came to scotland for the full allowed 6 months. May 07 we flew back to Nebraska for 3 weeks with his parents and we got engaged and decided that we would make the US our home. Nick flew back to scotland with me, both of us had our fingers crossed the whole way that he could get another 6 month stay, and he did. So he his here in Scotland with me. His flight back to Nebraska is on 6th December and then next time we see each other will be when I head over. We know we are facing x-mas, hogmany and my birthday (end jan) apart but know how lucky compared to others we are as we can be together just now. Orignially I was hoping to be there for my birthday but that has become unrealistic expectation. So like everyone else on this forum......our lives are in the hands of the US government (should we be worried?!?!). The main response I get from people here in scotland to, "I'm going to America" is " wow good for you,where?" I answer "Nebraska" i get "oooohhh......why?" With regards to what I'm doing with my stuff.....selling the lot. Moving all essential files (photos, music) on to my laptop and selling my PC. I intend on taking 2 suitcases with clothes and my laptop as carry-on. The rest I'll buy once over there as I need it.	weedebz	Female	Scotland	2007-07-31 11:52:00

Ideally I've heard you don't want to see a touch within first 4 weeks after NOA1 as that points towards an RFE which non of us want right???!!!??? Somedays it kills me and all it takes is a wee email from him saying "i love you" and thats me in tears! I got put in AP at NVC and as the person I spoke to at NVC put it... "that's the dang fastest AP I've ever seen!" I went into AP on a friday afternoon and came out of AP on the following monday!
