K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	ATTENTION JULY FILERS!	my medical experience is posted in the UK forum. but to state the most important bits.. funny story.... the Dr (very nice german guy) showed me into the room and just behind me I heard a string of obcenities, some I understood, others I didn't...he looked at me and said, I'll be back in a minute...turns out he'd slammed his finger in the door and he apologised for his language I just laughed and said I'd have done the same. After that we got chatting and boy he can chat! He dropped the formal stuff and was talked to me as if we'd known each other years. He also confirmed the fact that the only reason they look downstairs is to confirm you are the sex you say you are...he said he did have a fright once when bits were there that shouldn't have been. only issues I had was the fact I have low blood pressure, always have but he just said it's on the low side of low but not dangerous so good enough for him. Biggest issue was my vaccinations...the US requires your tatanus is not more than 10 years ago...well mine was in 1995 and got asked if I wanted it done there or by my own Dr. I said I'd get it done by own Dr as when I had it in 1995 I suffered a reaction to it...the vaccination nurse wrote something on vaccination form and told me to talk to Dr. He said that if you have an allergic reaction to the tetanus it is considered unsafe to have it again as reactions can get worse and be dangerous therefore he'd sign off my vaccinations and say that the tetanus requirement should be waived on medical grounds. It shouldn't affect my application in anyway as i personally didn't refuse it, it was refused to me on medical grounds and for my own safety. Apparently I'd find it very hard to get any Dr willing to give me the vaccination either here or US and if I did get it, it would need to be under clinical supervision for 24hrs. one another note...found embassy in london...easy to find and possibly the ugliest building I've ever seen...a crime against architecture!!!	weedebz	Female	Scotland	2008-01-12 11:18:00

Fecking scottish weather, our fence has been obliterated by the wind last night there is a house 4 away from mine with a tree in the middle of it and the very old, very large oak tree between our garden and river right in line with my bedroom window has definatly seen much better days. It seems like there are branches and trees carpeting west scotland just now. Now the rain coming down complete with huge hailstones in sheets, the river rising rapidly. Anyways had good chat to Nick last night so feel a tad better but still really low. I travel to London tomorrow evening for my medical on friday. At least that will be one more thing out of the way. I still just keep picturing getting declined because of finances. My dress only cost £250. Just having a buffet in a room in a restaurant. Got nice ceremony venue. After reception which will probably be over by 10pm me and Nick going to a nice quiet B&B to stay in our own suite complete with hot tub for 2 nights. We having our "honeymoon" later once things settled down. I have looked at the khusa shoes and I do like them alot.
