K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Yet another update regarding DEC/JAN filers (3rd update)	I got at email from USCIS at 5pm EST stating that transfer is completed and processing is underway , Hopefully its not too much Longer . Did anyone else get this? Its a bit different than those who got an update earlier today.   The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Vermont to Texas transfer---FINALLY APPROVED...!!!	12/18/13 our K1 was received....6 months and a week! I called USCIS 10 days ago and kindly complained that there is NO processing times listed for Texas and the 129F form on their website The guy was real nice...took my info and said I would receive an email 2 days later....the email was a pathetic form letter telling me NOTHING Yesterday I call...again a very nice guy......he said "LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN FIND"....AFTER A FEW MINUTES HE SAID THE ONE THING HE COULD SEE WAS THAT MY CASE WAS IN THE HANDS OF and adjudicating officer (or something like that) LO and Behold but 9 hours later I get the email notice that we are approved   Hoping for the best for all of you too   What happens next???...it goes to Manila?   Hi Congratulations!!! which USCIS number did you call to get that info?	krew	Male	Jamaica	2013-06-27 07:41:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	RFE VSC TRANSFER	My RFE was just my overthinking and using logic instead of just following the guides verbatim.   I have had two previous marriages.  My assumption was, since I had to prove myself divorced to legally marry my second wife, that I'd only need to send the divorce decree for the most recent marriage.  They asked for the Decree from the first marriage.     Yeah i  probably would have done the same thing, good that it was a pretty straight forward simple request from them.	krew	Male	Jamaica	2013-07-01 14:24:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	RFE VSC TRANSFER	Mine showed up in about the same number of days as it took my NOA1 to arrive in the mail after I was notified.  I'd say that is a good way to estimate it.  Mail delivery varies depending on where you live.  Sometimes it takes a day or two before they actually mail out the RFE from the date on the email notification, but as I said, mine took about the same amount of time to arrive in the mail as my NOA1 took, so go back, and check that information from your case and that should give you a rough estimate   Thats a great idea thanks for the suggestion , by the way what was your RFE about? if you don't mind me asking.	krew	Male	Jamaica	2013-07-01 12:53:00

This is question 2 of the form " Have you ever been convicted by a court of law (civil or criminal) or court-martialed by a military tribunal or any of the following crimes. (my answer is no to this question). What i would like to know is If the officer looked over everything on the petition , or do they send out an RFE as soon as they see a problem... which would open more chances for a second RFE? I'm a January filer that got transferred to Texas (In May), In July i Got an RFE (for missing a check box on question 2) I responded with an overnight express mail. It took 22 days from the time i was notified of the RFE to getting Approved!. After I sent it there they responded with my packet 4, interview checklist, and medical history form. My Status changed from ready to AP exactly 2 weeks after interview (yesterday) , your status will eventually change to AP as well. Use this guide, http://www.visajourn...content/k1guide   What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):    1. A copy of the entire I-129F package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). 2. Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy. 3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F). 4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all. 5. You will likely need at a minimum (for the above form) two to three of your most recent pay stubs and a signed letter from your employer listing you job title, start date, your salary, and the status (full-time) of your position. Begin collecting these ASAP after your NOA2 arrives. You will also probably want to include other evidence such as your banking information and other assets as required by the I-134. Specifically you will need at least 2 of the 4 options mentioned in Section II-Supporting Evidence of the I-134. See this FAQ for more tips and ueful information on the Affidavit of Support Form. 6. A copy of the NOA2 that you received in the mail. 7. Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, etc from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 date-now). Examples: Copies of land line and cell phone bills, appropriate emails and letters you have sent including the stamps on envelopes (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present. You can also include a copy of engagement ring receipt (this is something that is a big optional - do not worry if you do not have a ring yet!)       can someone explain this section in more details?   "Specifically you will need at least 2 of the 4 options mentioned in Section II-Supporting Evidence of the I-134. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Change of address	During the application of our l-129F last Dec.'12, i wrote my Abu Dhabi address as my present address on all my application forms and Philippines as my home address.. I came home to the Philippines end of Feb.'13 for good and from thereon, everything i fill-in is my Philippines' home address.. So far, there was no issue about it..   Just dont forget to obtain a police clearance from Dubai at least before your UAE Residence visa will be cancelled.. The questions are:   First: Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent? --- I'm a registered nurse working in UAE, got my degree in Philippines and also registered there but that doesn't mean that  i'll go there to perform medical services. Mainly the purpose why I want to go to U.S is for my fiance. What if they'll see that it has some  conspiracy if I'll put no to my answer then they'll see that my primary occupation is registered nurse?   Second: Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet received certification on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved independent credentialing organization? --- This is connected to the first question.
