I sent my DS-230 packet thru Express Mail Service on Oct.25 and when I checked the USPS website for tracking it says, that my packet arrived on 26 of October from Saudi Arabia, today is Nov.6 already but still no News, our attorney is just waiting for that to be sent to NVc together with the AOS Packet. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Which is Which	I just wonder why the informations being relay by these two resources is very complicated, last Nov. 27 I called NVC and the AVR told me that they received our documents on Nov. 25, on Nov 30 I called the NVC and talked with the live operator but she said they don't have our documents in the system yet. How is that? This morning I called again and thru AVR the message was changed to something was generated and about to be sent to our attorney but when I spoke with the live operator they just gave the information that the AVR gave me last Nov. 27. The only red flag I could see with our case is that we were introduced to each other by my aunt who happened to be my wife's co-worker. I just keep on thinking about it. My auntie just introduced us to each other way back in 2003 and we started sending letters and calling each other, I just hope it will not cause us a red flag. Second, all the documents that you submitted to NVC will be waiting for you at the embassy on the day of your interview. In my case, I took the originals of BC,MC and CEMAR with me just to be safe and photocopies of the NVC documents. I think I read before that your birth certificate was corrected so I would suggest to bring NBI clearance with whatever name you have on your birth certificate. That's what I did that's why my visa was not delayed. I submitted NBI to NVC with my corrected name and I had another NBI with my mispelled name on my interview. The CO was impressed. He didn't believe me at first. He thought what I had was the same NBI that I submitted to NVC until I showed him. He said that normally, when he ask people to submit another NBI, they would say they have it and they would give him the same document. It's all up to you. Just relax, as I have said there's nothing to be nervous about. If you're real and you have the proof to support your case, you will do fine. It's not as scary as most people thought. I will be having my interview in Riyadh and honestly, I really cant help my self not to be nervous and keep on thinking about that day.
