I have been trying to find my vaccination records so that I can cross reference them with the vaccinations needed to pass the medical exam and make an appointment with my doctor if I need any. I am getting my 3rd Gardisil shot in a week so I need to make sure my doctor records it for me. Other than that just reading up on documents needed for the interview and talking with my fiance (USC) about what he needs to compile after NOA2. If you are flexible about when you want to marry then apply for the K-1 fiance visa and she will be able to come to the U.S, marry and then adjust status. It's all about your priorities, as K-1 and K-3 you cannot work after entry into the U.S, CR-1 you can because you will receive a greencard shortly after you enter. Take a look at the guides on VJ as many people have not gone through an attorney and its pretty self-explanatory. This is the problem, many people have not been receiving email notifications of there NOA2, it just arrives in the mail a week later. As far the the timelines I am not even going by those dates anymore for CSC, if you check Igor's list 50% of December filers have been approved so far, I don't think May-July is accurate for estimated approval looking at that and the most recent December and January approvals. Yes I do believe that I could end up waiting longer and being stuck in security checks but I am being optimistic, and yes I could end up getting left behind while others who filed after me are getting approved, it happens, but again trying to be optimistic with the data that is presented. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Petition Approved!!!!!	OMG!!! So much for sleeping today!!! Just got home from work!!! Fiance just called me to tell me that the petition was approved!! As he was reading off the approval notice I thought he was joking!!! Arrived in the mail today with an approval date of 3/19!!!! Now I can definitely start planning a fall wedding!!! Woo hoo!! I can't wait to see him on Wednesday!!! Now I can help him get stuff ready for Packet 3!! It was fortunate nobody else was at the post office as I jumped and yelled out in celebration!!!! I never would have dreamed getting it in 43 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! Happy St. Patrick's Day VJers!!!!!!!! Time to enjoy a beer!!!! Congrats Mary and Jeff Get ready for the papers now for the interview coz everything is faster from now on Thanks you... I know.. I used to spend each day trying to learn more about the paperwork until I finally waited on the banking papers, and IRS transcripts since I figured it would be 2 months off... now I am going to be scrambling again!!
