I cant even tell you how frustrating it is that there have already been october approvals. We are calling USCIS right now even though we havent waited 5 months yet... just feel the need to do 'something'. Getting through to them is like getting through a maze of automated responses. But we got there eventually, we're told we just have to wait a little bit longer. Feel it is really close though Musho, call them too and select the option for changing address, it the only way to speak to someone. Good luck! Dear Rachel, We also called USCIS.. and they told us that they cant do nothing, unless we dont get NOA2 till December, so we just need to wait !!! It is really easier when there are someone I can talk to, who is in the same situation! I really really hope that by the end of this month we will get ours NOA2, because I dont understand what is going on? No touches, nothing.... Like our forms are lost ? I dont know.. I am so sad and depressed! I wouldnt feel like this if there are lot of couples in the same situation, but there are just few of us.. And August, September and even October filers got their NOA2, and that is just something that I cant understand and I cant give myself logical explination why we still didnt get ours?! AP = Additional Processing. Random packages get sent into AP. So instead of spending 3-4 days at NVC it spends 3-5 weeks there. From what I read it seems to be very random, from a very few days to a few months. I wouldn't worry for now, it seems to be quite common to be put on AP at the NVC stage. Sometimes, I'm not sure that knowing all those stuffs is a good thing, we probably all tend to overworry... Ohhh too bad !!! Hang on.. Everything is going to be alright! I'll start to really freak out when July will get over 60% approval, for now it's only 40% of VJ petitions that's been approved. Gngngngngn!!!! Oh, I know about August approvals. What I meant was that I haven't lost it yet!!! Ours was received on July 13 (lucky? unlucky?) and I saw one with the same date approved yesterday! Why not ours too? Don't freak out, ok? I am trying not to think about that a lot! Also, I am hoping that July fillers will be approved by the end of the October.. every week USCIS approves about 50 NOA2.. so in three weeks 150 NOA2 will be approved (I hope so), so I am praying that NOA2 of July fillers will be there (in one of those three weeks = by the end of October)! But when I checked their profile, I saw that some of them were active last time in.. for example. .they got NOA1 in february, and they were last time active on february etc.. !
