Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 August 2011 Filers	Hello Guys, Hope all of the applications are going on smoothly. Just for your information, I mailed my I-751 on Monday, August 15 by first class mail and it won't give me delivery confirmation, so I am not able to find if VSC has received it or not. Secondly, I sent in my cashier's check, and I am also not able to find if it has been cashed out. Any feedbacks are welcome... Till then good luck! Package reached them or not you can't find out. But there is a way to find out if the cashier's check was cashed. You would have to contact the bank from where you made the check and they generally have a number you call and enter your check ID or receipt ID and you know if it has been cashed. If this makes you feel better, during my AOS interview the interviewer did tell me that she needs to understand my case and told us that they would send us the decision in about a month. I have only i few days before this thing goes to the USCIS lock box I followed some of the advice posted on Visa Journey. I also followed the guidelines from USCIS. I used plastic bags and labels on the plastic bags for pictures. No Staples in my application, I filed 130, 485, 765 together. Finish your studies, graduate, go back home, and go through K-1 process, come to US marry within 3 months and apply for AOS. 2. Get married, finish your studies and go back home and go through CR1 process. 3. Get married, file for I-130, AOS all together, you can continue your studies and stay in US. In this case you may have to prove that you didn't have any intent to marry when you first entered US on F-1. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Fees and Procedures after NOA2	Hi there everyone. I have read so much helpful information here and I thank you all for all the work you have done in the past. I could never have gotten this far without visajourney. Now that we have our NOA2 and are waiting on the NVC and then the Consulate in Manila I am trying to figure out what comes next. My question is: Is there another Visa fee that will need to be paid in addition to the fee that was paid at the start of this process? I know about the medical fee, NBI fee, etc. I have done some reading and I am seeing comments on a Visa fee of $350 US that needs to be paid in the Philippines before you can make your appointment. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Letter of intent/ Statment of intent to marry	How do you know what your USCIS is? You have no idea where your case is assigned when you send it into the Dallas lockbox,correct? Is there a list of the acronyms everyone here is using? As far as I have seen there is no list of any of these. The first page of the "help" K-1 Visa forums has no reference to what any of them actually mean but use them in many places. It might be helpful if there was a list pinned that explained them all. If I am just missing the list then can someone help me out and point me to it? I have yet to submit my packet so do not know where it will be housed once received. Is it regional? I live in CA, will I get the CA Service Center? Thanks for all the help here.
