IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - September 2014	Can anyone else confirm this because I submitted DS-260 on August 6 and my AOS and IV packages scan date is August 8. The NVC rep told me to wait 60 days from August 8. Maybe they review DS260 with AOS and IV packages whether it is submitted at a later date or an earlier date. Also, the 60-day emails mention the last document scan date and ask to wait 60 days from that date.   As you know the DS-260 is an electronic form and scan date does not apply to it. Scan date applies only for the documents that we mail to NVC like your AOS and IV package. Who knows your AOS package could be perfect and still a checklist could have been generated by mistake..... Is your case complete yet? do you have an interview date?       Sorry about your AOS checklist.... Hope you have responded to the checklist already. Regarding your iv packet it could get reviewed anytime today or next week. Please do keep us posted..   My AOS scan date is July 30. I stand a week behind you.... One of the rep was just guessing that it might be Total income. Is this happen before to anyone?   Never heard of NVC reps not being able to tell what the checklist is for!!! She said that my AOS with a scan date of 30th July has not been reviewed yet and should be touched only by this month end (that's when I touch 60 days)... I am the petitioner for 3 applicants my spouse and my 2 stepchildren. I submitted my wife AOS before my children and I just got a checklist and I corrected it already, my question is can I submit my children with the corrections since I know what was wrong with it? or do I have to wait for them to review it get the checklist and then submit it?   I am trying( like everyone here) to save time.   NOTE: the letter i recieved with the checklist clearly says 30 business days NOT 60 days why are they telling us 60 smh...   Sorry about the checklist but glad that you corrected it now. As always I'm sure Saylin will answer your question....   Could you please let us know your AOS scan date for your wife? You should not count from the date on the letter or the date of the first text/email.   I was transferred on 02-Jan-2014, but NBSC received my applications on 06-Jan-2014. My 60-day starts on 06-Jan-2014.   Are you really sure about this? Untill now I thought m transfer date was Dec 4th 2013 because that's the date on my transfer letter...... However I my third transfer email was dated Dec 5th 2013..... So what's my actual transfer date now? Should I go with the date on the letter or the date of my third email? God! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 I-130 Filers	Late April and early May filers @ Nebraska!!!   I can tell for sure that Nebraska is currently working on last week of April and 1st week of May files with a transfer date of 3rd December. I have been observing majority of the NSC approvals since last week and this week and there seems to be a clear trend... there were 3 April 29th approvals last week and all had a transfer date of 3rd Dec... Like wise yesterday and today altogether we had 3 early May approvals from Nebraska with a transfer date of 3rd Dec.... I believe people like zamsha and a few more early May filers with a transfer date of 12/3 can expect an approval from Nebraska in the next few days...... My transfer date is 12/4 similar to people like Atrain, SJ&BB and quite a few other early May filers... We stand next in the queue and hopefully could expect an approval in the next 10 t0 15 days if Nebraska sticks to this trend.... The next few days should tell the story..
