IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	AGREED !!!    We are all in this together.     I saw a thread about a K-3 approved and visa in hand  8 days after interview. I -130 was approved also. Beneficiary is from the Philippines. K-3 Approved?? That's really awesome........   I would be the happiest if your K3 goes through..... You could easily make up for all the lost time......   Things look bleak at the NVC stage right now.... I posted on this thread even yesterday (guess you missed my post), and will continue to keep posting here every single day, until I hear, you, love my tico, dv man and others on this thread have got approved....   We all started this journey together 10 months back, and I sincerely wish and pray that not one person in this thread should be left out.... I'm glad your approval is coming.  I hope you stick around this thread.   I don't think ur getting an RFE.      It looks like NSC is cranking them out and Texas is on a permanant vacation...  Actually TSC is spending all their time approving July filers.  I can't even look at the other threads.    I can only worry about me at this point.  I can't handle anything else.  I am thankful to have this April thread . You guys have been awesome.    Thank you so much for your wishes and kind words..... This April thread has become so dear to me over the last 10 months, and, I will be checking and posting on this thread every single day until, I hear your approval along with zamsha's..... For what ever stupid reason, they are holding your case right now, is just a passing cloud, and I'm sure your approval is just around the corner, because every single VJ member will be praying for you....   Etrangais, quoted it beautifully yesterday "Come on ladies and gents, it'll get better as we go! ( yea   DECEMBER 31st)   Based on your inquiry, we researched the status of this case.  We are actively processing this case.  However, we have had to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a delay in processing time.  If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.   XM1264 Immigration Services Officer USCIS ?
