I sneezed 4 times yesterday. He sneezed during our conversation last night. I sneezed again this morning and the girl at my job is sneezing this morning !!     ( yea, I know it sounds stupid but I need something to brighten my days )       COME ON TSC... pick up my files today  ! !  !          You are almost there Love my tico...... Praying for all April filers still waiting especially Love my tico and zamsha.....   Love my tico, I sincerely wish that you get a meaningful reply to your new service request at least this time, since you are now officially beyond the TSC posted processing times.....   Zamsha, since you have not received a response yet from your congressman, please try calling them..... I have a strong feeling that your case has been jumped or by passed for some unknown reason..... IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	Just talked to USCIS customer service..   This guy read the notices to me that were supposidly sent on Feb 8th.   They both say that my cases are being held up because of additional security checks   . The K-3 notice said my case is with an adjudicator but is waiting for additional security checks. That is all they are waiting on..   So my thoughts are.... since my previous marriage won't come up in any US FBI check because I wasn't married in the US. They have to contact the other country and get verification that I am divorced  blah blah blah. So I guess they are waiting for that info to come back. I could have provided the online registry information and they could have just checked that way.  UGHHHHHH   Even though my divorce papers were already in the file ( translated copy and original)      I guess there is no telling how long it will take to get that information back since Snail Mail takes forever and a day from Costa Rica.   My sister in Law sent me something snail mail and it took almost 2 months to get to me.       Yep! May be providing them the online registry information could have helped a great deal in speeding up things.... But then none of us dreamt that it would take them this long when we applied in April!!! At least your attorney could have been a lit bit more pro active...   Now it all depends on how fast they get back the information from Costa Rica... I -130 was approved also. Beneficiary is from the Philippines. K-3 Approved?? That's really awesome........   I would be the happiest if your K3 goes through..... You could easily make up for all the lost time......   Things look bleak at the NVC stage right now....
