No idea what to do next. It's funny when we got notice of the transfer I cried with happiness but now we have approval I feel nothing. I just know it could be another 5 months or more still.. Ugh. I kinda figured NSC would take the full 60 days but they didn't. My transfer was 43 days in. I was feeling hopeless after my latest call to the customer service line, but reading this topic made me feel a little better.   His application was transferred to Texas on December 13. Every time I check our case status online or call that 800 number, it seems the message is different. The worst was today! Up until today, the automated message said to wait 60 days before filing a complaint. But now it says to wait 180 days! I think this is the most frustrated I've ever been! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	My main issue with this whole process is: In the name of clearing backlog, a good number of April apps were transferred to Nebraska in mid November only to be stuck there again while later cases transferred to other centers leapfrog over them. That is incompetence of USCIS, at best, or a deliberate diversion at the expenses of these people. To add insult to injury, after clearing NVC's backlog, they are approving apps from May and June now. So the April filers got shafted twice! Those who transferred to NSC got swept under the carpet so that as a whole USCIS is making progress in moving the process time along. What a jib!   What you are saying is absolutely true. I was at CSC~!   PD 4/15   Also: I didn't send my birth certificate nor my husbands for those who got RFES: I was born outside US so I just scanned all my passport. 3 consecutive April approvals one after the other all from CSC. CSC seems to be on a roll... Congrats to all 3 of you.. Wouldn't regret if I am transferred again to CSC from NSC!!! Have updated all 3 approvals in the spread sheet... It divides NOA2s by pending cases instead of dividing NOA2s by the total transfer population. I tried to change it but the formulas are locked. Is there someone out there who can change it? It was definitely worth getting woken up for! Our NOA1 was April 9th and we were transferred to CSC on 21st Nov. We received the change of Alien Registration Number email literally 4 hours ago. Our officer must have been staying late as we received the approval email at 04.40am here which would be 8.20pm Cali time! Best of luck everyone! Please update you time line. I got third and fourth text messages this morning saying the same thing, sent to another USCIS office for processing, but only one third email. Hopefully we hear something from them soon. Most likely both of us should receive the hard copy of our transfer letter next week. I am pretty sure we will land in the same service centre. Would be great if it's CSC.
