IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	The NVC October Moral Support/Ranting Thread	Hi, I did look at the copy of the I-130 that was filled for me, and where it ask for the the alien relative address it also ask for any other address where you lived in last 5 yrs which for me would have been my overseas address but they did not mention that and only mentioned my current address where I live now. And no I did not live with the petioner on that overseas address.   If you have lived abroad in the last 5 years, you definitely needs to mention it in your I 130. It does not matter whether you lived with or without the petitioner. It's a pretty straight forward question on the I 130. I think you will be questioned during the interview. Not too sure if you have an option of changing anything now.    I'm sure someone would like to pitch in and let you know if anything else can be done...	anuspras	Male	India	2014-10-02 13:27:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	so I received a text this morning with an update to my K-3 ( almost had a heart attack) LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER TRANSFER... funny thing is, the K-3 was transferred to TSC back on Nov 27th and was with the I-130.  I wonder what they are doing with it?  Maybe its getting closed or maybe its getting processed and they haven't done anything with my I-130 yet.  Which is fine with me   Anybody else get another tranfer for a K-3?       The last processing action taken on your case Receipt Number: MSC149XXXXXX Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Your Case Status: Initial Review The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. Finally got approved... 10 MONTHssssssssssss......................   Just saw the status updated to :   Post Decision Activity   On February 6, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.   For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.     I was transferred to NSC on 15th Nov, Got RFE on 60th day i.e. 14th Jan... send back the documents and were recevied at NSC on 27th Jan..... got above mail on 6th Jan.....         Anyone has any idea that in how many days i will be assigned a case number???? can't wait for the same now..... Your transfer date shows that you will be hitting the 90 day mark soon which is way too long and quite unusual...... 60-75 days seems the average time at Nebraska...Going by the trend it appears Nebraska is currently working on late April - early May filers.... Almost 90% of the early and mid April filers have been approved except for a few RFE cases pending..... Its about time you start ringing the alarm bells.... You certainly need to step up the gas paddle....Speak to a tier 2, open a service request (if not done before)..... Contacting a congressman/senator are other options available......   You also need to consider if there might be any complications to your case that might needs any additional checks which can lead to delays...... Previous marriage & divorce, petitioning for the 2nd or 3rd time, over stay during previous visits could all lead to delays...... I can tell for sure that Nebraska is currently working on last week of April and 1st week of May files with a transfer date of 3rd December. I have been observing majority of the NSC approvals since last week and this week and there seems to be a clear trend... there were 3 April 29th approvals last week and all had a transfer date of 3rd Dec... Like wise yesterday and today altogether we had 3 early May approvals from Nebraska with a transfer date of 3rd Dec.... I believe people like zamsha and a few more early May filers with a transfer date of 12/3 can expect an approval from Nebraska in the next few days...... My transfer date is 12/4 similar to people like Atrain, SJ&BB and quite a few other early May filers... We stand next in the queue and hopefully could expect an approval in the next 10 t0 15 days if Nebraska sticks to this trend.... The next few days should tell the story..
