As for mine, they required a passport photo. From both of us.. I hope you will get minor RFE this time. My prayer is with you.     Thanks AgnettaHoo. We're praying it's an easy one too.   They required a legible copy of my annulment decree. We sent that one in and got another RFE. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	How long does it take to get response for RFE in average?	Dear Fellow VJers, Does anyone know how long do they usually take to response my RFE? I have received a notification that they have got the RFE I sent on May 22nd. I wonder how long will it take for me to hear from them again? Is it usually followed by decision or NOA2? Thank you for your time.     Ours took 11 days. They received our reply on the 17th and got a response today. But it was another RFE. We're wondering what it's about this time. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Fiance sucks!!	I'm on the same boat and I so feel what you are feeling right now. We were both sad and lonely and depressed since May because of the long wait. We started arguing since, like all the sadness of being apart clouded our feelings for each other.   When he received the notice of our 2nd RFE on May 28th, we were talking on the phone and he just said out of the blue "Let's not do this anymore." I felt devastated and cried. He called and changed his mind and told me to send in the intent to marry letter which I did.   But soon after we found ourselves arguing more.  We got into an argument July 11th and broke up. He just said he's tired and he can't do this anymore, he just said he feels lost and he feels like he had lost himself in the process because we were always on the phone.   We got our NOA2 but he never mentioned about it.    I feel devastated. I sabotaged my job so I could spend time with him when he visited, half of my stuff are with him now. I had my friends ransack my stuff for things I wouldn't need to bring over. I just need some enlightenment on this: my fiance sent our I-129F package on Feb 5th, by Express mail but we haven't received any confirmation yet! No text and no email! We checked it by the USPS tracking number and it says it was delivered. We did attache the G-1145 form. Is that normal? Iam getting cramps just to think that there is something wrong... Our case had been updated late in the evening (10pmish) for both our approval and our RFE review thing. SO they do work after hours! (I've read that some people take cases home to work on them) But they are working. Soon soon soon!! QUESTION: Now our case is sent to NVC where I can call in a few days and get a case # and send in my ds230 and then it'll go to the consulate in Vancouver, and then I can book my medical and interview, correct? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Guess What?!?	My vacation went GREAT! I saw my Honey for 5 days and it was amazing. It was much needed and it definitely took my mind of the process for a bit. Yesterday was hard though! Leaving him each time gets harder especially when you are left in the air with no decision! We cried and departed and my heart felt heavy all through yesterday. I traveled from 8am until 3am to get home and when I checked the mail to see if my NOA2 was there of course it wasn't! I prayed for a long time last night for hope strength and maybe an answer!   This morning my usual routine is to get to work sign in to my PC and open up all my work screens. For the past 8 months USCIS.gov was one of them. Everyday I entered my receipt number and it told me my case could not be found! Today I looked and all of sudden it was there!! On May 22 we mailed you and NOA2 that your app was APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG. My whole department clapped and some even cried! Thank you Jesus! I love you! I woke him up and we both cried because GOD is good and answered our prayer!!!     Thank you VJ fam for all the love! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	why is this taking so long? >just complaining<	I would suggest to make an appointment using the InfoPass and talk to someone at your local USCIS office. Its passed their average 5 month processing time, they "SHOULD" be able to help you out or at least give you some clues where you at. Usually when you call them or ask them about your status and if you have been waiting less then 5 months they will tell you to wait 5 months.
