IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	December 2007 I-130 filers	Finally they're picking up the pace...!!! It should not be to much longer for the rest of us too. Congratulation to those of you who have received your NOA1!!! Anyone know how to file your tax returns??? Married filling separately? What about if she is working in the other country and paying taxes there? It seems like we might have to fill out a 1040NR but I'm not to sure. I don't see the point in it.
