Philippines	CR1 and K3 both moving	Hello, I posted this on CR1 Thread. is anyone has the same case as ours? My wife and my son (I-130) immigrant visa petitions is at NVC and already has a case # assign as my signature stated. and so our non immigrant K3 (I-129F) case is at US embassy Manila. My wife (manila) receive packet or appointment schedule Medical 03-03-08/interview 03-10-08 for our K3. Since our immigrant case (I-130) sent me AOS bill and DS-3032 (choice of agent) as it stated on my signature. We decided to pursue with I-130 and ignore the K3 appoinment. is it goin' to affect our I-130 once we ignore K3 appointment? I understand what other people are sayin' here or USCIS http://www.uscis.gov...e/PN_i-129f.pdf to the best of my knowledge, once case reach to NVC and case# assign USCIS won't be able to freeze I-130. Our I-130 approve a day before our I-129F. Me and my wife planning to ignore K3 interview, but I'm worry about NVC/USCIS freezing our I-130...base on other people says here ...visa journey....I have to make a decision quick and or prepare our paperwork for K3 interview. To all the people in here who's still in AR because of Docs Verification delay, please don't lose patience and just hang in there. Your visa's will come soon at a time when you least expect it. Just keep the faith and always remember to pray. I got my visa a month after I was interviewed. Take care and God Bless. Giving them opportunity...like here in the US.......I bet they will work their heart out, Working 2 jobs during weekdays... plus picking alluminun cans in the garbage on the weekend for extra cash. Company in philippines tend to hire more gals than guys..cuz' they are more presentable. Most skilled husband are working abroad or seaman. I bet they don't survey that.....a wife is a teacher and a husband is a farmer....I bet they did take a look at that. That survey is bull.......You can't just say FILIPINO HUSBAND ARE LAZY Just because you are married to a crack*er.....hell nooooo.....you gonna hear from them.......eww........stink.....I'm burn out.....can't wait for the weekend......nastyyyyyyyy. Philippines	How does your Christmas tree look like?	Its really nice to see that all of you set up your own Christmas Trees!! Early this month I told my husband that I want us to have Christmas Tree here in our place to feel the Spirit of the Holidays. He just laughed and he said that Christmas is not a big deal here( obviously coz not all American family get together during Christmas unlike in the Philippines). But just early this week I was telling him stories of what we usually do during Christmas.... my Christmas in Iloilo, in Bohol and in Manila. He said its ok to miss those times and he would love to experience our celebration of Christmas in the Philippines. Then one day, he did not get a Christmas Tree coz we don't have enough space.. he brought home wreath so that we have a little Christmas decoration in our place. Its not that grand but its something. I'm not used to having blemishes on my face but since I got here I got these small red dots on my forehead and temples and its been there til now. My Filipino Dr here gave me some cream but it didn't work. I'm just experimenting now. I'm just using the Neutrogena Anti Acne Facial Scrub for wash and Oil-Free Moisture for moisturizer. Philippines	i lost my visa packet!!! help!!! I just read this forum today and I'm so happy that you were able to find it. I can totally understand your stress when that happened coz I also thought that I ruined the packet when I received it. I was sleeping then when my cousin called me to inform that I have a delivery from Delbros, so I got up immediately and signed to received it and the delivery guy was teasing me that I finally can go to US. My cousin was so then excited for me offered to open it for me...I was so stunned then when i received it so I let her open the envelope...after that she showed me the warning not to open. I was so mad then thinking that I made a mistake and blamed myself for letting my cousin open it. Eventually after reading the information here in VJ, i just did right coz I did not open the brown envelope.. just the transparent envelope.... I was a nightmare for me.... That's my story of the stress just waiting for that final packet to come. But all is well now.. so just celebrate that everything ends well.
