They were able to tell me that it was in the "Staging Area" waiting to be send out. It took 35 days for NVC to receive our case. Give the RFE line a try. 1-800-375-5283 Follow these prompts: 1, 2, 2, 4, 2, 1 Then enter your receipt number and press 1 to verify that it is correct. Press 1 again. Good Luck! I told her that many approved up to a few weeks after me already have their cases at their emabssies or on the way. I'm trying so hard to be calm and patient, but I'm losing it a bit here. The worst part about this is that they just give us the standard 30, 60, 90 days speech and there's nothing that we can do. For me, realistically I'm looking at probably in Feb or March for the interview date. The only thing that concerns me is the expiration date on the NOA2, which is at the end of January. I have not received a hard copy letter, however NVC sent me an email this morning to let me know that they received my case, gave me the case # and also let me know that they have completed the case from their side and any further request/inquiry should go directly to the Consulate in HCM. I was approved on October 29 and did not receive my hard copy during the week. I also never received a confirmation E-mail, but my online case status shows approved on October 29. Usually it's within 7 days after a case is approved. From following the VJ members here I've seen in some cases that a few did not receive their NOA2 hard copies so they ended up calling USCIS to try and get a replacement copy. USCIS will give you the "it can take up to 30-45 days" speech and ask you to call back after the 45 days mark. In some cases, they will tell you that it's going to cost you $ to get another copy.
