i believe there was (is?) a glitch at one of the service center (texas?), and they do not send NOA1. (Perhaps someone can correct me or let you know what your recourse is).

i would consider sending a personal check -- that way you know when it's been cashed, and can also use it as evidence that uscis accepted your petition, if, for some reason, they do not send noa1 and you need to get a stamp in your passport.

walk in was a success! the guard did not ask me why I came early, or perhaps did not pay attention. it was also helpful that the place was empty -- only 3 or 4 ppl. I did not even have to wait. I went around 3 PM.

I just found out that I will be out of town on a day trip -- of all dates, on the date I'm scheduled for biometrics -- May 9. Does anyone has experience with showing up at ASC early? (Esp. if in San Jose). Don't have the notice on me -- do I even have time to reschedule, since my appt in on May 9, and today is May 5.

Send last year's taxes (as well as any from the years that you were married). When you file for an extension, you get a form with both your names on it, correct? So I would send that as well.

no bank, phone, or mortgage statements. I hope no RFE.

... and to give you more peace of mind, you may want to write another check that is close to the date you re-submitted the package or maybe change the date on your cover letter and filled out I-751. You know... just to be safe... unsure.gif

I wouldn't worry so much for myself but I woudl call them and let them know since it looks like it is someone elses's RFE... They will loose the approval for not submitting the RFE they have never gotten the notice in the first place. probably a typo in the A# or something.....

I just came back from my trip with 10yr GreenCard, When I started checked my email, I received this email from USCIS...this is very strange...Should I just ignore this?
I already received Approval Letter/10yrs GreenCard.
