K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I HATE WAITING	I'm still waiting from late Januray. So .....110 days and still no noa2. I'm pissed off and stressed to the max. I just emailed them again today and they told me to email back in 45 days if I haven't heard anything. Are you kidding me? I've seen someone with an noa1 from freaking feb 27 get their noa2 through csc already. its bullshit is what it is. I feel like I'm loosing my mind. I try to get positive and stay positive but it just is hard when you keep waiting week after week with no explanation whatsoever. I'm pissed off!!!! Probably would have been easier to get my fiance to come to me in Canada. OMG I have seen 3 people now with an noa1 from effing first week of march get their noa2's from csc. what the BLEEPin hell is going on here? I don't have a clue what is going on. I've emailed twice and now we've called. I guess we are going to have to wait. Jon emailed his congressman too but maybe he should call them directly and see if they will help us this way. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	security checks	ANY ONE GOT THE SAME MESSAGE AND GOT THEIR NOA2 ANY FASTER THEN 6 MONTHS?????!!!! I am freaking out now!!!!!!!! I know a few ppl have gotten their's within 2-3 months so its just a luck of the draw kind of thing. You might get it within that time amount or you might have to wait 6 months (which i hope doesn't happen cuz 4 months sucks the big one). So good luck and try not to stress because it won't make things go any faster. It's hard I know cuz I have a hard time not freaking out too. But we have to try. I e mailed USCIS and they wrote back that our case is undergoing security checks like other cases and told to email back in 60 days if we dont hear anything.... so I am just wondering ....who here got the same rseponse before..and how fast did they get their NOA2? i hope i dont have to wait 2 more months please let me know Hi Julie I wrote and got the exact same response you did, my case is now at 116 days, no answer in sight. I did contact my Congresswoman's office and I filled out the authorization form so that she may contact them to find out what the blankety blank is going on with my case. I am going to email them again as soon as the next processing date arrives, I am not waiting any 60 freaking days...they may give me the same answer, but I am going to bug the hell out of them, until I find something out. I am wishing all of us waiting the best of luck and the ability to have patience and not go freaking crazy 116 days?? How can I be 117 if you are at 116? What would that make me at cuz something is wrong in the days I've been counting. Help! Hey Cali, I recounted yours and mine both, didn't have anything else better to do, couldn't sleep LOL This is what I came up with, as of today, 5/19/06, you are at 114 days, and I am at 117 days...I am pretty sure this is accurate.....This is counting from the NOA1 date and including weekends...do we include the weekends? Never thought about that one? I know I am obsessing on this...hehe, better than obsessing on other things I guess..... LOL ok well I will assume this is right and change my timeline AGAIN LOL. I have and that's why I'm scared to death to go over even for a short visit. I had a 12 month border block on me and so I'm in the computer system and we've filed for our k-1 so ....I'm just sitting here waiting. I dont know whether to risk a visit or not. I wish I could be with my sweetie while we wait but I think its better if I don't. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	WEDDING PLANS BEFORE GETTING THE VISA	Yeah its really not a good thing to book anything in terms of a wedding when it comes to dealing with the government because......odds are the time frames wont be met and you will have to rebook things and lose deposits along the way. But I was lucky and just slipped under the IMBRA b.s., so it probably will take a little longer than it used to. Hmm, hopefully not, but when has the government ever changed the way they did something and actually made it faster and more efficient? Well that's good for you that you are getting done so fast.
