Philippines	Best way to send Documents to Philippines ?	USPS messed up with the first docs he sent. up until now, i still haven't received the one he sent through USPS. it has been over a month. Registered mail but still no notice. My husband sent docs through Fedex and i got it in 4 days. Its best to use Fedex, DHL or UPS. Philippines	Pink and White Slip	we are on the same boat. im still under document verification. paid it 2 weeks before my interview but time was not enough for the NSO to finish the verification process. so until now, im still waiting for my visa. its been 10 days since my interview date (Aug.5) when did your fiance pay the Php650 document verification fee? According to Delbros the usual turnaround time for NSO to produce results is with 1-4weeks from the date wherein they have received the verification request. You now have to find out as to when Delbros forwarded the request to NSO. Ask your fiance to send a SMS to this number 0917 622 1949 follow this format: MNL2008******** (the case number/tracking number found on delbros receipt) [space] WHEN DID YOU FORWARD MY CASE TO NSO? I agree with everyone here, and cant stress it any more than they already have... it is so important to tell your fiance, and then you can go to the police and the doctor's together. The longer you leave it, the more difficult it will be to tell him. As mentioned, it will also be harder to find evidence, and will give him longer to plan his side of the story! Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Removing Conditions on GC thru Marriage - got a Littering Ticket - am in Trouble	thx for your feedback, guys! it was just a regular cigarette. the reason I had doubts on what to answer is because the question on the immigratioton form states "excluding traffic regulations", and cigarette littering (even if not conducted from a moving vehicle like in my case), is supervised under traffic regulations, and is handled by traffic courts. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Removing Conditions on GC thru Marriage - got a Littering Ticket - am in Trouble	Guys! pls give your feedback, share your experiences w me if anything similar happened to you, I am little scared..   Here is my story - I got my Conditional GC in Feb of 2012, and due to apply for a permanent GC in November of this year. Still married to my husband, everything is good on this front!   I was looking over the application for removing conditions and came across this question:   Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance (excluding traffic regulations), or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States or abroad?     2 month ago I was at friends bday and we were smoking outside a restaurant, threw cigarettes on the ground and policeman saw us, gave a ticket for it. I went to traffic court, paid $400 fine and completed 8 hours of community park cleaning....   First of all - will I have to answer "yes" to question above?    Secondly, is this a serious violation and can negatively impact my case? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Received Text/Email notification for interview for AOS, haven't received notification in mail	Hi,   My husband and I are in the same situation as you, with the exact same notification and interview dates! We are AOS'ing from a K-1 visa so the process might be slightly different, but here is what happened to us and what we were told by USCIS:   - June 5, 2013: Received email notification that a letter was mailed on June 5th indicating we had an interview at our local field office on July 8, 2013. - Began checking the mail daily... - June 25, 2013: Received email notification that our interview letter was sent back to USCIS as undeliverable (Very frustrating considering my Husband's name in in our mailbox and we have never has any issues getting his mail delivered) - June 25, 2013: Called USCIS, they opened a service request to have the letter re-sent and said to call back after 15 days if we have not received the letter. I explained that I didn't have 15 days to wait as the interview is on July 8th... I was transferred to a Tier 2 supervisor and had to stay on hold for over 90 minutes! Once the supervisor picked up she was able to tell me the time of our interview and mentioned that USCIS can FAX you a copy of the letter, but only within 5 days of your interview!. She told me to call back on July 3rd as soon as they open (8:00am Eastern time, which is 5:00am my time) and immediately ask to speak with a Tier 2 Supervisor so they can fax the letter... and hopefully not wait 90 minutes since they just opened.   I hope this helps! I'm sure you'll get it by then They send it Priority Mail (which was a surprise..) and by looking at the timelines it looks like the card arrives within a week of the first "card production ordered" email. My case number starts with EAC...... Thing is, I'm starting to think that they haven't even insert my case in the data base yet. I believe that if it has been over 30 days you can call USCIS with your receipt number and tell them you haven't received to bio letter yet, they may be able to look into it and see if it's a delay from the ASC where you are scheduled for BIO, or if they sent it and you just haven't received it, in which case they may be able to fax you a copy of it.
