Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	What to do with the old green card?	So we just received the approval letter from USCIS for the removal of conditions for my wife yesterday. It was approved without an interview. In the letter, it says the new green card will arrive in the mail in a couple of months. If we get the new card in the mail and if there is not going to be an interview? Where , where and how do we turn in the already expired green card? Thanks! So I was just getting myself familiar to the process of I-751. Our 90-day window opens up on Dec 9th, 2013.   Here is the question I have: We have moved to our own home 8 months after my husband arrived to the States. So do we have to submit a "Change of Address" form or something? If so, where do I find the form and when do I send it? Or we can just go ahead and apply with this new address?   Thanks in advance.   Maya Maya,         The change of address form is AR-11. You can submit it online. It is free. We also had to do that. I actually printed my submitted form as proof that we submitted. We finally got everything we needed to get Oom's (Nan's daughter) petition started. We are just very happy that they approved our expedite again. Nan is also coming up in a couple of weeks to get in the 90 day window to petition for removal of conditions. According to what I remember Pui comes right after Nan. I'll make sure to post our progress and as always if you have any questions after we go through it, don't hesitate to ask. I am also going to request a military expedite for Nan RC. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	My stepchild's IR2/CR2 visa got approved.	Forgot to mention that the embassy insisted that we didn't have to pay anything. This kind of happened to me with the NVC too. The NVC told me that do to the military expedite, all fees will be collected at the embassy. The embassy just told my wife that all the fees are taken care of and that there is no need to pay anything there. She even asked for a second time and they insisted, this time they had a Thai translator tell my wife that all the fees are settled and that we didn't need to pay anything but thanks for being honest. The officer told us that it would take about 4 months before we receive her green card. It seems a little too long. Can some of you share your personal timeframes. Is the 4 month timeframe correct? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 MARCH 2012 FILERS	I sent mine on Monday March 5 to the CSC, it arrived to the P.O box the 6 and was signed for that day, my GC expires on the 16 of this month. will I be ok? The form along with the supporting documents should be filed within the 90-day period before your second anniversary as a conditional resident. The expiration date on your green card is also the date of your second anniversary as a conditional resident. I bought a small clear presentation binder with the easy load style page protectors to put all this stuff in. Philippines	Duration from NSO to USEM to Delbros	hello August08 - here's my input. from Delbros to NSO to USEM Delbros said the turnaround time of NSO to produce a result is within the range of 1-4weeks. I called NSO and they said it would take some 15working days for them to do the verification before they can send it back to USEM.
