I applied from abroad though so not sure yet. Have you done any research on what the San Antonio processing times are like?   also, I'm a bit confused, after recieving the NOA2, say you have all your paper work prepared and ready to go and there are no hiccups, how long is the NVC to interview processing time?    my UK visa runs out in January, at this rate looks like I will definitely have to leave my husband behind I think your application will stay at NBC and be done in like 4 months. That's what I've seen happen with applications filed from aborad.   NVC phase could be done in 4-6 weeks if you speed through it. I bookmarked LingChe NVC Shortcut, check it out if you haven't yet. I don't know how fast interviews are scheduled in the UK.   As for San Antonio Field Office, I have not seen that information. Maybe I don't know how to use the USCIS website correctly? I saw that they have A SH*?LOAD of applications compared to last year When I looked for SAT processing times on this webpage it shows I-485, N-400 and N-600 but no I-130. How does one make the plural of thesis?) next year. Sigh   And since im a student living with my parents the boss is very nonchallant about paying my student contracts. I will be there Aug-Sept so I'll have enough time. I was thinking about making sure I have all accines when I come back and if I need any, get them from my doctor so my next year medical goes smoothly. vaccines i mean.   Even if we fly through uscis and nvc i cant move before i graduate. Urgh! Why did i drop out of law school, i could have been done by now XD   Dont get me started on work. I get more and more work and havent gotten paid since February. Yeah, this is how I feel too. It seems like my whole life is on hold all the time for this reason or that reason. Finishing school, which at this point I despise, get this visa, which annoys me and excites me at the same time... I am planning for a life that is not happening. I picked a car I wanna get when I move to the US. My husband will help me and cosign the loan if we will be able to afford it. We already have baby names. I want a hamster. We plan to send proof of a joint bank account, 6 pages with pics leading up to (and finishing with the wedding) and three months of phone logs (one 2013, one 2012 and one 2011). I forgot to count in his passport photocopy, yeah. I see it amounts to a lot quickly. We have tickets, boarding passes and hotel receipts too but I told my husband not to send those yet. As i understand it, in able to support you and your child he must at least earn $21,463 or more for the family size of 3 which includes him, you and your child. Philippines	question re: documents for interview	Co-sponsor is allowed for K1 too, esp. if your fiance's income falling under poverty guideline (check http://travel.state..../info_1327.html ) with a big household then prepare a co-sponsor. No, you dont need NOA2 for you interview, You'll need the appointment letter which you will receive in your packet 3.
