Her computer at home just caught a virus, I just clal her she is currently handwritting the letter and i will call her so she can read it for me while i am work now and i will type it on microsoft office word. - For the scanning, she will have to go tomorrow to a place they do that so she can scan and attached them That's a good idea about the letter...but not so good about the computer! However, i do not think she will be able to send today but tomorrow. She just come from doctor's appointment, this was a long day for her. Which one is better, Fax or Email them? (This is Shell speaking - Trav isn't on here very often lol...) Tomorrow morning, then - but soon! If she can write the letter with your help today, you could turn it into a relaxing evening. Trav and I do that a lot, when we have something to do for the visa we do it together while we eat dinner "together" on Skype That way, you two won't miss any details and you'll get to feel like you helped her through some stress. Her next appointment is next wednesday, April 18th. It's important to send what you have right now - they need it before the 18th or you could miss your shot! If they need more information they will tell you. Gather it and fax or email it over today, please - I don't want to see you miss out! Well, my thoughts are like this - the doctor did say it was a high risk pregnancy, and he did ask for your case to be expedited. It does tell the embassy what they need to know. I would send it! Does your wife still have that doctor's report you mentioned, where some of the problems were written down by the doctor? Send that too, if she does have it. Also, like Alaska said - if your wife writes a very detailed letter explaining what's wrong, that should work too. Send as much information as you can get. The last 2 days they are saying that they are waiting for the new IV fee to be put in the system hence my IV bill has not been generated yet. I would have gladly paid that extra fee if that would have meant getting this thing done early. And they said they are scheduling interviews now for May. If my case gets complete sometime next week can i expect to get an interview date in May. I'm in exactly your same boat on this - they've been withholding my IV invoice since last Wednesday for the same reason. Wish they'd have given us a choice!! So for sure they have the same level access. However when I called last Friday another lady started to check if the file has been mailed to the embassy or not and she told me I'm not sure why is it taking too long. So yes, they have an extra system or 2 more than NVC. That's really good to know! OOOOOOH news! I doubt that. Monday night, Riley yelled at me and I had to count something for her because she had no clue. My voice got raised too and I called right back and asked to talk to a supervisor (after sheeshkabelle suggested it). The next day (yesterday), the operators were nice again. I think though, unless you get a mean one, they really respond to how you talk to them - they like (and seem to help more) if they are spoken to respectfully! No Donna doesn't have a sense of humor at all, but she's nice. oh ya Frankbot! nice guy but the monotone.. LOL Frankbot That's awesome Yeah, last night I actually had to say to Donna... Oh yes, you were given false information. Sometimes they say whatever it will take to get us off the phone - even if it's untrue! Don't let them win...keep calling, and keep having hope! I started telling him as you guys told me that there were no chance that i got a May interview as they were all already assigned so when can i start calling again, May? he said there is nothing yet for me, but that does not mean i could not be scheduled in May. SO he told me i could call everyday to know and that they also will notify my wife and i by email once we got one! Frank is one of the nicer operators I've talked to.
