Your wife really needs to see what the doctor thinks - if the stress will affect the baby and if the doctor feels it's an emergency situation, they can advise her what to do. She also needs to request the letter for the expedite. And it sounds like you need legal advice. Talk to a good, competent lawyer. Does your family know any lawyers that they trust? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - April 2012	Early march my wife went to ultrasound and was told that there were chances that the Bbay born down syndrome, they made a few test and they told her they will give results after 10 days. In the evening, the doctor call my wife and ask her to come to his office the next day. It was a thurday, she went to the appointement and the doctor keep telling her to make abortion, he was pressuring my wife to do that and even told her that he gave her until monday to make a decision. He kept telling my wife that if the baby is born she will have a mixserable life, which make my wife cry a lot that day. My wife told him that she is christian and that she does not believe in abortion. She informed the doctor that even though she is handicaped, she is a human just like any other and she has no right to mistreat her and that hse is keeping her. After the appointment my wife call me and inform me all these heartless words the doctor was telling her. In the evening i call the doctor;s office and find the secretary, she didn t want to talk to me as she said she had no proof i am the husband. Then she start asking me question about my wife just like NVC and i answered them nicely. i told her that the doctor's behaviour was not nice at all, she denied that the doctor had said anything and started lying for the doctor( probably she has a crush on him or is protecting her job). At the end of the conversation, i told her that we wanted a letter from the doctor to send to immigration explaining my wife hleath situation, she promised that she was gonna do that and that she wanted my wife authorization letter first before providing her medical information to immigration. The next day my wife got a phone call from the secretary saying that the doctor no longer want her as patient and that her husband yelled at him ( doctor). lol i was like what???? She told my wife that the doctor will refer her to another doctor. My wife told her that she does not need any reference from the doctor, she will get herself a doctor. 10 days after, the results on the test shows that everything is fine with the baby. So we said to ourself what if we listenned to that doctor? we would kill our beautiful daughter like that? The doctor's office contact my wife new doctor, wrote a report which content bunch of lies like : my wife was the one that first said she doesn t want him as doctor and that she needed an office closer to her house and other lies.... That is why yesterday when meeting with her new doctor, they had like a 1 hour and half interview with her about all that the former doctor wrote in a letter. They said that our baby had no belly while the new doctor shows on the ultrasound that baby has a nice belly... for all these lies my wife family wants her to sue the doctor. What do you guys think? LOL...yeah that was Tuesday after I tried for a third time to have them change my name to my REAL name (not some random arbitrary name they picked for me). Since then, money's left the bank, I-864 was sent because of a checklist, and the embassy is reviewing my expedite. It's all good - I'm kind of having fun throwing papers at them and seeing what sticks If they don't like it, they'd just get it right on the first try! You've got your 1st a heart!!!!! .... The subjects were: 1.SNT2012XXXXXX (ACL FOR NEOPOST DS-1200)(CC) 2.SNT2012XXXXXX (PAOSF I-130 FOR NEOPOST DS-1200) Has everyone else also gotten two? What is the difference between them? My only guess is that the first one says CC, so it's a copy of what should've been sent to my hubby, but he hasn't received anything... yep, I got two. ACL is the choice of agent form, meant for the beneficiary. PAOSF is the invoice plus a courtesy copy of the choice of agent form, meant for the petitioner. If they have both your email addresses, you will get both. That's all they are We already made the request to NVC, they are just waiting for supporting documents as proof ...you sent the request and didn't have the letter? I hope you get the letter fast. How quickly does it usually get debited if it DOES go through? Is it immediate? I tried to pay yesterday, so..... Well, we paid for the AOS on Tuesday and the money came out at some point yesterday (husband doesn't know exactly when, but he says it was out by 5 PM). So...next day sometime? Very awesome lady, very helpful, informed me they've sent a couple emails now to the embassy trying to get me an expedite. HOWEVER... please please please, be ready to throw the book at Clark! He SUCKS! He was my scripted robot monkey from earlier who had no idea how to read the monitor in front of him from the sounds of it...very rude, very robotic...all around, dealing with Clark is like dealing with a root canal with no freezing. Then mention in the little notes section your expedite was approved on 4/11. That should do it And that's awesome your HR manager is so understanding! LOL Yeah, that was me And that's a good idea - will do that up right now and will fix up my personal timeline too! Thankfully my company deals with immigration all the time (usually for business though lol), because we're an American based company. So, they get it. Pity though - they've got a payment processing center in Virginia, but it's 3 hours from where I'll be living LOL Oh well...there'll be SOMETHING for work! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - April 2012	I see, NVC has done the same-thing to my wife's documents, they gave back her old Surname before marriage even though the passport has been Amended to show her married name! Lol...Ow-well its NVC! It's actually not exactly the same - but it's a really close situation! When NVC entered my name into the computer, they made enough of a mistake that the last name was turned into a brand new name! SO, when I first tried to fix the problem it was like none of my documents would match the name so they couldn't change it. This got my file "stuck" - because the names didn't match, NVC essentially kept any invoices from being released. When I called supervisors, they couldn't see a problem. They also had my address wrong (not a big deal), and my husband's birthdate wrong (that was an easy fix too). LOL Yeah, you're right - it's NVC	Trav&Shell	Female	Canada	2012-04-11 23:00:00

I see in your timeline NVC gave you an incorrect surname, did they correct it, or is this the name on your passport?? Thanks!! They corrected it after I gave them the right combination of documents - and they didn't know what they wanted, I had to figure it out for them. The surname they gave me was similar to one of my former surnames (but still not correct/accurate). My passport had been updated to my married surname (which is the one I use now).
