I edited my post and was asking about the need for a polio vaccination. It's not listed on the immunization requirements on Dr. Seiden's site, but Sheeshkabelle listed it in the table she posted. Do I need to include polio in the list as well?? Thanks! Actually, there's a Tetanus/Diptheria/pertussis vaccine that also comes combined with inactivated polio. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - May 2012	All this immunization and vaccination record talk has me thinking. Is it too early for me to go see my family doctor to get any vaccinations I might need? I can't find my vaccination records so will have her do those titer tests and get whatever I need. I have the immunization requirements sheet from Dr. Seiden's site (plus all the great info that Sheeshkabelle has been providing) to give to my doctor. So, is it a good idea to go get this done now or should I wait until, say, I at least get a "case complete"? Never got confirmation that NVC was complete, but today received an email with interview information dated from the 26th. Interview is only about 3 weeks from now, great stuff. LOL I'm glad you're not worried anymore I also called up Dr. S. in Kingsport, who is a US immigration civil surgeon. He even said the nurse Shell talked to is on crack... well didn't excatly say 'on crack' but he chuckled and said "some people are not clear on some things" No doctor will throw another under the bus..but I took it as he implied she was on crack LOL I"m taking it as that nurse is on crack. And I'm going to print off her email with her instructions highlighted, and attach it to my vaccines so she can see I got what she needed. Eat that, crack-nurse! She did NOT specify anything further. SO, I am printing off her email and clipping it to my vaccination records. Problem solved for the cost of a doc's note. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 February 2014 Filers	I think this is the new procedure now. I have read in some threads before that they used to issue the normal 5-year license cards for 2-yr conditional GC. I don't know anything about such a new procedure - received my learner's permit in VA in 2012, and it is good for the standard 5 years.  There wasn't even a question of my conditional status as they could see it on my green card and I admitted it freely.  Maybe it is a state by state basis situation? Like Daeras said, it's not their fault USCIS took their time getting the mail... Or even in Trav&Shell's case with a document missing and having to resend it! Everyone's circumstance is different and the thread clearly states this is for March Filers.... Does it bother anyone else that these members received their NOA in April? Not me... I know you feel you are already a part of March filers family, but since your first submission was rejected (it wasn't a RFE) and you resubmitted in April and got April NOA date, I suggest you to move to April filers thread to keep these monthly filers lists accurate... Well, I asked for advice on this weeks ago and the consensus at that time was that I should stay because my original file was sent in March.  Be that as it may, I'll go since you seem to think it would be best.  Thanks! Reviewed my copied file of the original I-751 and documents from before I sent it in.  Since I copied and arranged each page individually, and I have the copy of the "missing" page with no original anywhere, I can conclude that yes - USCIS may just have made a paper airplane out of my page 3 and then asked for a new one... Yes maybe leave their staples but add clips for security Package is all re-done now, but I added the missing page (and replaced page 5 since they wanted an original signature or something...I replaced it and took the old one out).  Hope this does it.  Thanks for the help!  Got my NOA in the mail today  Receipt date: 3/28. Status extended, $590 paid, etc.   So now I'm just waiting on a letter for my biometrics appointment?   What's the story with the note in the middle saying that "conditional residents" will not get a letter for their appointment? Then it says that to complete the biometric processing, we must submit the "required items" if we have not already done so.  Congrats on the NOA!  But...umm...we won't get a letter??  That's just weird... No just add the missing page mine had marks and staples and they had it binded together at the top with a special clip...the only thing I added was the letter they sent me , it said to include it on top. Right.  Thanks for pointing that out so I can copy it!  Maybe I should just leave everything exactly how they have stapled it except for the application, and add another binder clip to secure the whole works (they took all my clips and used a rubber band, but I'd prefer a clip.  I'd also prefer to unstaple the check and stick it in the clip so it for sure won't go anywhere...) I had my whole package sent back because I sent it 2 days too early , they already had it binded in their little binders and the cheque was stamped. I just sent the whole thing back the way it was and it was fine. Thanks for the tip!  That makes this easier.   They stapled it to the application, and stapled the application all together in weird places.  I'm going to have to re-fix it all.  Better get started on that... Did they not tell you what page was missing?
