K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Is it good enough basis for uscis to expedite K1	I doubt it is strong enough, as they will argue the father needs to make better childcare arrangements so he can look after his son until you can join. Then again if you have good doctors letters it's worth a try. Most of the time, a denied expedite has no adverse effect and even if it does, it would only delay your case a couple of weeks so worth a gamble, especially as your case has been processing a while. Now, I had no problem waiting although it is extremely annoying seeing vsv flying through noa2 and csc being stuck on July 18th. It is getting really hard for me though, not because I am separated from my other half ( we have been in a long distance for years) but because my 7 yo son has had recently the worst asthma attacks I have seen in his life in the climate and place we live in right now. Now, my son is a US citizen living with me in Poland and we don't have a health insurance. Moving to California would improve his health tremendously as it was proved in the past. His dad is also a usc living in California with shared custody but unable to take care of our son by himself until I receive K1. Do you think I should give it a shot and ask for expedite? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	anticipating problems :(	the evidence thing bothers me a lil, there was nothing between us while i was over there obviously as i was married, i think we've talked everyday since i got back but mainly on free messaging and call apps, none of which we can export and print the conversations on jess will be over in early April for a visit so we will have pics and things from then but other than that?? the requirements are: free to marry and meet in person over the last two years. If you meet in April than you meet both requirements. Keep all the boarding passes fro the April trip, book a hotel room maybe and make sure both of your names are on the hotel receipt, take pictures with the family members. At the time I was married and in the US as a permenant resident, after the marriage broke down and we got divorced, i moved back to the UK. so my question is, will the fact i was over there already via marriage effect our case to the point of refusal?? thanks for any advice I have the exact same situation and I am NOT worried. It's been 2 weeks and I would have expected some tectonic shift, but nothing. The good news is that not even the CSC can get away long with such blatant failure. As the cases to continue to back up, pressure must necessarily mount for them to do their jobs. We, however, are key in this shift. Write, call, complain. It is our civic duty. Okay, so if you have a child who was born in the US, has dual citizenship and was listed on the petition but not as a beneficiary does the kid have to go with you to the embassy for an inteview? I read a few post like - "my fiance and her/our daughter showed up at the consulate at 7 am......" I just hope that that was merely due to lack of a babysitter not because it is a requirement of some sort. My goodness, I was putting together a packet to for the interview in the embassy and I just only now noticed that on my G325 thee is a stupid typo!! I have listed all the employers, the second to the last was 2008 - 2011, which is correct, the last one was 2007-present which is obviously not correct. UScis did not notice it either, we got noa2, even case nr from nvc. Is it going to be a problem at the interview? My goodness this process is constantly making me jump up and down! After surrendering my green card a few years ago I obtained a tourist visa b2 and traveled to the US frequently on a b2 visa. Now I am going through ds230 and I don't know what to write in question 35 - List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States. Give types of visa status, if known. Give DHS "A" number if any.   If I list my visits on a b2 visa do I still have to provide my A number next to these visits? My 7yo son from the previous marriage is a US citizen but he lives with me in Poland and will be accompanying me to the US. Does my fiance have to put my son's name on I-134 form? Point 3 says: This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person - he put my name here, then it says: name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person- he left it blank. Now, I say he should put my son's name since he will be accompanying me, fiance says he should put n/a since my son's is a USC, petition does not include him therefore he does not need to figure on I134. Similar situation with point 8 on the same form: the following persons are dependent upon me for support: he only put my name here for the same reason and also because my son is receiving child support every month. I also attached supplemental sheet for question 29 because I had more visits to the US than there was a room for enlisting and they did not even take it,they gave it back to me although it was all nicely stapled together. I included a very very simple basic statement of how we met and when he visited. I sent a ton of pictures and pages of receipts from when he was visiting and ticket stubs and the birth certificate of our son with both of our names on it. I'd be a bit shocked if we get a RFE. I found our pictures together in my car 1 week after I mailed my 129F. The pictures had fallen out of my shipping packet. I went ahead and sent my pictures to Vermont service center with letter explaining my mistake. I never got confirmation of VSC getting our pictures. Does anybody have any suggestions? Also, I didn't make a copy of the back side of my birth certificate (considering its... blank...) or our son's... I included around 80 pictures of us together and with our families and with our (now 6 month old) son. Should I expect a RFE based on not sending in the blank backside of my birth certificate and for printing our passport style photos on printer paper? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	my I-130 has been lost	I am a Jan.22nd 2013 filer I called a tier 2 a few weeks back and they told me my papers had been transferred to the Atlanta field office. I made an infopass and went there to check on them and the guy asked me how long it had been since I filed and I told him. He then asked for my receipt number and told me he would pull my file only to come back 20 minutes later to tell me that they don't have my file that apparently it has been lost. My question is does anyone know how to call the NBC so I could call and see if its there. We are in our 9th month of waiting and it looks like its all been for nothing unless I can locate where my papers really are because no one at any kind of office seems to want to help. I also found out if your in the military they don't have to wait nearly as long as the rest of us in which I find unfair. You should go to the nearest infopass. you have your noa1 as a receipt. I became married myself in Cairo, Egypt back in May 2013. I went in person to an IRS office and the gentleman advised me that we shall file single status in the present time. When our husbands arive, we will ask for an amendment to our filing status to change it from single to married status. I am fairly late on the update but I might as well give one    I sent in the letter for a USCIS expedite request and on January 14th it was approved. It was then sent onto the NVC where we waited nearly 3 weeks for receival. I then sent in an expedite request through them and they denied the request at the NVC. We have the DS 261 completed, AOS fee and documents sent in, the IV processing fee paid and supporting documents shall be received today in their office via FedEx. Next will be the DS 260 from my understanding and then waiting for an interview appointment    I read the the Egyptian embassy is currently taking 4-5 months for an interview date.
