Box 660151 Suite 400 Dallas, TX 75266 Lewisville, TX 75067 It'll go to the PO box. Doesn't actually matter how you address it because at the post office, when a piece of mail has both a street address and a PO box on the same line, it goes to the PO box. I know because I work there for eight hours a day keying mail. So yes, you can just address it like the second address or like the first one. They're actually the same thing. And they'll get it. I promise. I do my best to make sure anything going to or from USCIS gets where it needs to go. And yes, they mean Fedex or UPS when they say "express mail and courier deliveries". I would suggest you only come with your relevant papers and a book. Good luck for your interview and let us know how it went. United Kingdom	London Embassy - Police Certificate	Hello, I am a bit confused with the Notification of Readiness that asks to list the countries where I lived for more than 6 months and then the Police Certificate requirement for the countries where I lived for more than 12 months. If I lived in a country for less than a year then I should list it on the Notification of Readiness but I should not be asked to provide any Police Certificate. Is my understanding correct? US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	US Embassy in London Documents Required Packet 3	Hello, Our petition is going through NVC but we want to gather all required documents in advance of receiving Packet 3 so that we do not waste any time. I know there have been already several posts on what is required but they sometimes vary. I have two specific questions: 1) On the Birth Certificate/Divorce Decrees/Passport etc...: is it only for the beneficiary (i.e. the foreign fiancé) or shall I also ask my US fiancé for the copies of his own docs? 2) Affidavit of Support I134: what documents shall be provided in addition to I134? Hello, We reply to an RFE (for a legible copy of a Divorce Decree) 3 weeks ago and it is still in "Response Review" on the USCIS website. I wonder if something is wrong as people tend to get a quick NOA2 after responding to an RFE. I know that they have up to 60 days anyway to revert to us but it is really nerve-wracking to wait. Are they going through all our petition docs again or are they just checking the RFE response? Could people share their own experience after responding to an RFE? The one we initially sent was legible so we were surprised by their request but we resent a new certified copy from the courthouse and we asked the clerk to certify as well the judge's signature as it was a bit hidden behind the stamp. We really struggle to see what is missing and we even prepared our petition with a lawyer (but this is not a guarantee anyway). Do you know if the USCIS can give us the content of the RFE over the phone before we receive the hard copy by mail?  It is nerve-wracking to wait (I didn't sleep really well last night!). The clerk at the courthouse has just issued a new certified copy dated as of today and has put another stamp next to the judge's signature to certify it so hopefully it should be enough. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE Legible Copy Divorce Decree	Hello,   We just received our RFE letter and it is really puzzling as they are asking for a legible copy of the Divorce Decree. My fiancé sent a certified copy of the full Divorce Decree he got directly from the courthouse so we are not sure what they are looking for. They may think the magistrate's signature looks like a doodle but what can we do? My fiancé is going to the courthouse and see if he can get a certified signature for the magistrate as additional evidence. Very frustrating as it really seems so pernickety, especially against all the documents we provided for the rest of the petition that were all certified/notarized etc? when possible.   Has anyone had a similar RFE case?   Also do you know if they actually review all the docs for the petition and then give an RFE for all missing docs/info or can they come back later with another RFE for something else? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Planning Wedding Before K1 approval	Hello, We have ourselves started the K1 process (dealing with RFE now, not fun but hopefully approval should not be far away). We have already made some plans for the wedding (scheduled for end of October). I have just made sure in the various contracts with vendors that I can postpone if I anticipate some delays. We may lose a bit of money if we have to postpone but we wanted to have something planned already (and it is more exciting that the immigration papers!). Also for my family I have told them not to book the plane tickets until I have clear visibility on the visa. Already working on wedding plans can actually be a good additional evidence in your K1 petition that you intend to marry. We included the emails from our wedding planner as well as the contract. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I just got a RFE	Try not to worry too much. We got a RFE two weeks ago and just replied to it. They asked for a "legible" copy of my fiancé's divorce decree. We had sent one that was perfectly legible so we were very puzzled. They may have lost it but we will never know. Anyway my fiancé got another certified copy from the courthouse so hopefully this should be ok. I totally understand your frustration. We had gone through all docs with our lawyer, nothing was missing, I had all my British docs certified but I guess it depends on the adjudicator. Hello,   I had all my documents/copies (birth certificate, passport, letter of intent) notarised in London just to be on the safe side. I would really stick to what the RFE Letter requires and not gamble on what others have managed to get away with (some adjudicators seem to be more pernickety than others). We also had an RFE (for a US document) so I know how stressful it can be and you do not want to take any chances. I agree that it may be confusing especially as you can get a document notarised for 5$ in the US but it costs at least 10 times this amount in the UK (different regulation). Also you can check on the US embassy in London as I think they can notarise your documents directly (I am not sure how much they charge for it though). The version we sent looked perfectly legible to us, except the judge's signature was a bit like a doodle but what can we do? I hope they will accept the new version we sent them with additional stamps from the courthouse clerk to certify the judge's signature.
