IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Interview scheduled	First of all thanks for all the great information I have gotten through this journey. Today my wife got her interview scheduled for november 1 at Consulate in Rio de Janeiro and we are on the waiting with a mix of fear and happiness at the same time but hopeful also. We still have some doubts about the interview such as would they mail a letter to us or just the email, we have to prepare any packet for the day?(if possible something like a checklist), also some tips for us. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Help! =(	Hello VJ, today I was going through the hole process for a review since my wife has an Interview next month and I found out a mistake on my G325a form, which asks my mothers address, since me and my wife were filling 2 pages at the same time I didnt notice the mistake. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	DS-260 needed?	Please login into this site... https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx   If you see DS-260 Pending then you need to fill it out because sometimes US Embassy asked you during your interview. Don't listen to NVC because even though they tell you it's not required you do need to fill it out if it shows pending or waiting for completion to be on safe side. Most of DS-260 information is similar to what you fill in DS-230 so you would be finished with it in few hours. Once you completed, please print out confirmation page and also print an application with all information you fill inorder to show it during your interview.   Best of Luck!!     Thanks nick appreciate that! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	DS-260 needed?	Hello VJ's, I was wondering if I have to fill the ds-260 form for my wife's visa interview since we have already sent the ds-230 before. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Brazil- I-130~!	the most annoying part was at the NVC, because they sent RFE for ds-230 and affidavit of support, they requested the police clearence and affidavit support there was a error in it. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Brazil- I-130~!	The whole process usually takes  12 months average but it can takes longer. In my case it took 10 months and could of been less then that because we where filling the process abroad, so we had a delay in every packet that it was sent to USA.   Like Yang-Ja mentioned, "most common RFEs are for lack of evidence or bona fide marriage or discrepancies in the I-130 or related paperwork.
