I agree Rocks, 6 months is the processing timeline, if it takes that long then they have met the goal set, why get all upset because because it was not processed yesterday, or i am ahead of these people in the queue, why have they been processed and not ME.

CHILL OUT and Enjoy the fact that you are all Lucky Enough to even be in this Situation :pop: :D

I feel your impatience ivancicas, but VSC seem to be moving along steadily at the moment, 14 out of 39 for Feb, 1 out of 38 for March(Serviceman) So i think late Sept to middle Oct will see us processed, anything earlier will be a bonus.

Waits and Waits

Congrats aravis227,

Sure sucks about your Bio Rocks, Sucks big time for the VSC applicants, would be nice if USCIS could actually let people know what the heck is going on, they can post on their website about Haitians being given extensions, why not inform the paying customers as to why the big delays in processing applications.

You have to use the Application number that is on the Bio letter, that cn be entered as soon as the bio letter is recieved.

Thats correct, the NOA1 number will not work, the reason i asked about the USCIS account was because that has your email and text info saved if you had input it, i am sure that when i was talking to them on the phone, once i gave them my A# they had my info infront of them and all i was doing was confirming it.

Hi Rocks,

The person i spoke to took lots of details off me including e-mail address, i never got an email, but my Bio letter was dated the day i called. do you have an account on the USCIS site? if so do you have the email and text boxes ticked?

I hope you hear something soon.

Thanks Rocks, yes i signed up with USCIS when i first started my immigration process, i have added this latest case and it is already available and up to date, the way i read the info, it seems that the reviews are already being processed prior to biometrics being completed.

Yes 04/14/11 was day i sent off my package.

Thanks

Anyways, Enjoy your trip and again Congrats.

I think you are just the name taken out of the hat, CSC has sent quite a few RFE out lately, maybe trying to slow the work pace so VSC can catch up.

You sent in a very comprehensive package by the sound of it, just walk in confident, hold hands and be man and wife, take whatever they ask for, answer the questions and walk out approved.
