When I crossed a few weeks ago and wanted proof of my returning, that's what they were most concerned with - work ties. I did not have a letter so instead, they called work. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Should we file a K-1 or marry and file a K-3?	We were/are in the same situation as you are.. drove always and never really had cause to stay in hotels. Now, we did submit one flight itinerary (me leaving him) and a hotel receipt that though it only had my name on it, told a story because we included photos and a relevent wedding invite. However, we took the advice of other VJ members and created some evidence. We: ... had his/hers reciepts from a gas station - our names were printed from them and the credit card numbers were too - same time, same day ... took pictures in front of his hometown sign ... already had Washington DC pictures - who can mistake those?? ... along with my credit card reciepts, we provided proof of his living in the area that the purchases occurred (he moved around quite a bit during this period) ... during last summer, I had some car repairs done while visiting him; the receipt/invoice listed my contact information at David's house. Perhaps if you see him this August, you can also do the gas station trick. Otherwise, as Aussiewench said... think outside the box. Good luck! If I'm wrong.. sorry but this is the way it was when we completed our forms about two weeks ago. Mo Well, I was able to save info I typed to USCIS forms using Acrobat Adobe... I did it a week ago. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	G-325A forms unsavable?	You can download a trial version of Adobe Acrobat 7.0 professional from my signature. You should then be able to then save the G-325A to your computer and complete at your leisure. Ah... only Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional allows saving these? You will be able to save a downloaded copy, but not changes made (i.e. not information you put in). If I'm wrong.. sorry but this is the way it was when we completed our forms about two weeks ago. You can't save them, however, if you are using the newest version of Adobe (ver. 7 I think) then it will remember what you have typed in each box before and automatically come up for you when you begin to enter the information. It will also enter the information on all 4 pages for you automatically. It's really not so bad, just do one and print it out for proofing, and then work off of the corrected hard copy. As far as dating the photos, you can simply write the dates on the back. If you are linking them to flight or train stubs, make sure the dates coincide. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Proof Of Relationship	Just so you know, you only have to provide proof of having met in the past two years with the initial I-129F. Your flight and train information is great, and the dated photographs are good too, though they are not considered primary evidence. If you can link them to some of the trips together, then that's great too. What about boarding passes, itineraries from your flights etc? Do you still have access to any of those? Credit card receipts can also put you in the same place at the same time. Mo edited to add: keep all of your emails, phone bills, letters (yay for you keeping the envelopes) - they can be used later.
