Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	Approved AP Cases	Had interview in JULY and they returned passport with a Paper which has Laws of USA about women rights and said we will call you when the AP is over so after 4 days i got email was told submit Passport with return bill . Asia: South	AP again after READY	I am also in the AP since JULY . They asked me to submit my passport and status never changed from AP . Thats what i did.   Make your own checklist and and arrange the documents as they are mention on your own checklist . Do not staple any document just put rubber band on them . Hi MsHOGAN  Thank you so much for your help and they actually asked to Submit VISA APPLICATION form PART-1 .Which i Submitted 4 Days ago once again.   Below are the exact words what they said :     We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant visa. Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview. Please read the enclosed information to determine where to send all required copies of missing documents. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please call the National Visa Center at (603) 334-0700 between the hours of 7:30am and midnight ET. Please include a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly as it appears below) on the upper right-hand corner of all documents. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	FNU - Need Help	PASSPORT does not have SURNAME but all other documents had last name and when we submitted the passport page to NVC they said since we donot have SIRNAME mention on Passport and they sent us INTERVIEW LETTER with FNU . Than we called them and spoke with NVC they said ; whatever the name is on Passport data page VISA will be same since SIRNAME is not mention they cannot use my father last name as my last name . National Visa Center (Dept of State)	FNU(first name unknown)	We have the same Issue and we called the NVC and spoke with them . NVC officer said if SURNAME was Blanked they would use FNU ( First Name Unknown ) and it will be same on VISA either and we decided not to change passport and will go whatever they entered in the system but will fix it in America after arrival . I think it would not be a wise idea to change passport bcz they have already entered that Passport number into the system when they asked for copy of biodata page.
