She's from Florida and anytime that it reaches to 80* degree F here, she complains that there isn't any A/C in the UK.. But I can understand AC is obviously needed in places like that with the heat. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2014 Interviews	interview this morning, APPROVED, only 5 questions:   Who is calling u to the USA ? my spouse what year u get married? 2009 do have kids ? yes, 1 and your husband does he have kids? yes our only one baby. how many months u pass in the states when u gave birth to your child  ? 5   your visa is approved Mam, go pay the fee.   they say I will have passport back in 2 weeks. they also take my old passport with tourist visa valid till next year.   Thank you everyone for your support. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Woooohoooo! Got 2 emails today from NVC! One was directed towards my wife (sponsor) stating the petition she filed for me is ready for processing at the NVC along with a case number and instructions on how to pay the AOS fee which we did right away. The other one was directed to me which included my case number, invoice id number, and beneficiary id number. It explained how I will need to fill out the form DS-261 online. I guess I should be putting this in the NVC forum. Anyone else get emails like this yet from NVC? Best of luck to all!   Dear ncglenn,   Can you please update your timeline? It will help us a lot! Does anyone know if I need to have them mailed to NVC (when the time comes) or can I download them and print them myself? Also, do I need the tax return or the tax account? We have ent the original vis petition to the Department of state National Visa Center. NVC.............. But when check my status i still see:  On March 14, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.   How do you guys know when your petition has been shipped or received ??? please tell me!!! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2013 I-130 Filers	Did you notice that difference Guy????   some people received the first message others the second.    IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-     , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to  your local USCIS Office for further processing.  The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.  If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address     I think it means something.
