K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2012 filers!	I know how you are feeling... Been through it and still through it... USCIS sent us an RFE email notification last Feb. 6 and after 13 days of waiting another RFE email notification was received yesterday so fiance called USCIS and was told they just sent the mail yesterday and the email received ast Feb. 6 was just an error... So we hope this time we will get the RFE mail soon and that our RFE is something easy to comply.. been really thinking what we did wrong or what we lack when we passed the petition... Hope yours is an easy one... Happy that we are almost near our approval... We can do this!!!! Request for Evidence "On February 20, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested." I am at work,couldn't focus for a while. Happy to see my status left the the initial interview and moved to RFE,.. now hoping to have the letter soon, so we know what to do. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2012 filers!	I called USCIS this morning to ask them about their progress, and was told by a Tier 2 that they were processing JULY 2nd, which is NOT when I applied! I am an August 6th filer through VSC, and while on the phone, I received a text notification & email! Once I hung up with the USCIS officer, I logged on to check my case status, and BOOM! Approved on February 19, 2013!!! 197 days!!! So strange! Overjoyed, nonetheless! I hope everyone else is one step closer to receiving their NOA2s! I wonder why it happened that way? The officer was just telling me to wait another month, and that they were processing a totally different date from mine, but then VIOLA! I got my approval! Just now, I checked my phone, and had 2 text messages from USCIS. I checked our status on the website again, and it states "On February 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)." So hopefully everyone here will be getting their NOA2s really soon! Hello there August filers,.. i just saw the updated Vermont processing time, and its on July now,.. it jumped almost a month, if i'm not mistaken the last time posted was June 4. I hope it doesnt get to 60 but im already at 1 month. ;[ We can, after 60. We're more than a month if based on the date RFE notice received on website. But it says within 60 days of the date they received the response, in this case we'll be exactly one month next week. . I just noticed CSC, approves right away for those with RFEs, just a matter of days or a week. Yes, maybe VSC go back and forth, now they are approving Septembers again. We missed one question( yes or no) and we re submit both our intent letters( maybe they lost our copies). Through the California Vital records, it can take up to 6 months   We do have the dates so we have narrowed it down somewhat so it should be easier to find. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Ok, now it's my turn!	Yes he is fine. He got tail-ended (not his fault). Just waiting for the insurance claim to get his car fixed. I'm trying to hurry him up as fast as I can cause I know we have a long wait ahead of us. And our petition will be sent to CSC so i'm hoping they dont slow down too much LOL.  Althou we know we will get RFE due to waiting for California's vital records as he has sent away for his divorce decree. But we will be filing and hopefully by the time the RFE comes in, he should be holding his divorce decree. I have the crappiest phone right now because everything around here that is nice, you have to be in at least a one year contract. I absolutely hate my "room" that I pay an armload of money to rent. Can't stand my roommates but I'm stuck. I was redflagged at the border last time I tried to cross because I was stupid and didn't know I had a max time frame allowed to visit in the USA. So even when I try to visit next time, I'm not even sure they will let me across. So-HURRY UP visa lol! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Relax	OP - I filed 5 weeks after you and I don't have my NOA2 yet - let alone be anywhere close to having my interview. You were lucky - most of the people who filed a month after you are not so lucky. I can't paint bedrooms as I sold my flat in anticipation of moving to the US. I now live in a single bedroom in a flat I share with 3 other people. I have always had my own home and now I have to share a bathroom, toilet and kitchen with 3 other people. We din't have a garden, so no gardening for me. I just live for the times when I can get into the US and spend time with my fiance. I knew and accepted in would be a long ride but this is one hell of a longer ride than I was expecting! I'm with you lol! Sold my house, quit my career, thought I'd be in the USA already but that was ignorance on my part. I didn't know the process then. Now I'm starting the long wait.
