K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 10th 2012 filers.!	As far as I know we might go over 7 months just because of the slow process of csc I called them on February 11th and asked for service request and a very nice gentelman said wait till end of February and u should get respond from us if not then call us back and file for service request this is frustrating. I can't wait no more :'( Mine was routed to Vermont... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K1 Visa application approval	Hi guys. I understand that this post is going to be very discouraging for some. At the same time, I feel that my experience thus far needs to be shared. Maybe it will give some hope?? I applied for a K1 Visa for my fiance in Haiti. It was mailed on February 11th 2013, and then we recieved our NOA1 on February 20th, 2013. We just recieved our NOA2, stating that our application was approved on March 11, 2013. I do not know why we have been so blessed. I feel unworthy of this fast pace, when I know there are so many others out there that have been waiting so long to be be with thier loved one!! Today is the happiest moment of my life so far, I am now approved!!!! Thanks be to God and to all of the people who gave me moral support and encouraged me to keep on believing. By the way, we received our NOA1 on August 2, 2012 and our petition is being handled by CSC. I am hoping for a smooth visa journey. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	We got approved!	My fiancé and I filed in November and we received NOA1 November 26th. It's 5am in the morning here, but I woke up to a call from my fiancé and first he was trying to scare me by saying like "I have really bad news....." and then all of a sudden he says "WE GOT APPROVED!" and I became so happy and excited!! I feel like him and I just have really good timing and I feel quite lucky that our petition was approved because we had expected to be waiting at least 4 more months, but it came earlier! I know the USCIS has been acting up really badly and I feel for all of you that are still waiting, I really hope your NOA2 or your visa's will come soon! ^~^ Congratulations!! It took 8 months and 3 weeks and yes quite a very long time but we never lose hope. We are so happy and this is a good sign that CSC is getting back on track and hopefully everyone will get their NOA2 soon. You are all in my prayers Dearies. This is not about "lucky ones", they are actually starting working on it,wow that's unbelievable. If they could have stick to their 5 - 7 mo. goal, i guess we are already with our loved ones by this time, or may be almost. But some Nov. & Dec filers will get that chance,.... the chance/privilege that is supposed to be ours. Sorry no falling in line here!!.... Just get in whenever you want. It will be another 30 to 60 days before I hear from them. That will make the wait 10 months. I guess more letters to my senator and congressman and more calls and emails to VSC. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2012 filers!	Hello August filers, how's everyone?, just got time to visit my vj family. Here's the update with our RFE: Received 2 RFE notification,Feb.20 and 25,requesting initial evidence.If i hadn't read about this "twice notice thing" i would've freaked out, thanks to some VJ's post, it turned out to be just one RFE. Maybe sometimes there's delay at USCIS in sending mail,they change its date on the day they finally mailed it. We received the hard copy after 3 days from the last notice. We missed couple of thing. Missed one question on I129F and the weird thing is they were asking both our intent letters too ( which is already included in sending I129F petition). Good thing is we still have a copy, in fact i made 2 original copy with my signature on it. But as what all VJrs would always say " just give everything they want" so no questions there. USCIS sent us an RFE email notification last Feb. 6 and after 13 days of waiting another RFE email notification was received yesterday so fiance called USCIS and was told they just sent the mail yesterday and the email received ast Feb. 6 was just an error... So we hope this time we will get the RFE mail soon and that our RFE is something easy to comply.. been really thinking what we did wrong or what we lack when we passed the petition... Hope yours is an easy one... Happy that we are almost near our approval... We can do this!!!!
