Titled each page with the vist and date e.g G's visit to Maryland MD on February 2012, and copy pasted 3-4 pictures of us on that trip with a smal description of where and who is in each picture underneath it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Organizing photos before submission	you're welcome.. at first i wanted him to print our picture in a special paper (like 4 pictures in one page) and type in the names, date and place. but he's too lazy to do it  but i don't want to argue with him so i told him to do whatever he wants i'm glad what he did was  or else....lol Actually I was planning to make a small scrapbook of our pictures, you know women are . But I am not sure if it is ok for the USCIS or maybe they prefer a simplier one. So putting in a ziplock would be more than ok I guess or some screenshots like jbarth200 did. It shows my fiances name and my name as both being on there as well as the date. Nice idea too. Thanks. So you are 1 or 2 months ahead of us. Hopefully we can file ours mid of January. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Organizing photos before submission	what my fiance did was just put all our pictures in a ziplock and at the back of each picture, he wrote the names of the people who were in the pic with the date and place it was taken. i hope it helps.   Oh ok! Thank you for the prompt reply. Yeah maybe it's better to make it simple. There's no need for me to organize then. I'll advise Dennis (my fiance) to do the same like your fiance did. My fiancée is in Ethiopia and we just finishing filling out the forms . I have 3 questions to ask if you don't mind. My fiancée sent me the 325 A form and the Intent to marry form but I heard someone say that her signature cannot be photo copied she signed it with a pen but made a copy and emailed it back to me will that be ok? I don't know what to think. I know that VSC averages 5 months, but I figured we would hear something since people that filled after us are getting news. Let's just say that the morale of the troops is very low. I don't know if we should call them, or if that would actually make any difference. Congratualtions on everyone that is getting an answer now. I just thought we were going to have a summer wedding, but turns out I should forget about it. Man this su***! (S'cuse my French) Can a notary do that? My translator is a retired one, so forget about seals with him! And for everyone else: We got our hard copy of the NOA2 and it says it expires on July 19th. What does this mean? Does it mean that if I don't get my interview before that I'm screwed? There's a 4-6 months wait at the ambassy! I can't control that!!! Ok, a little freaked now... Just pop up on the forum to post here Well, here it is! Thanks for your help! It would really mean a lot if I could get an answer on these! I can't seem to get a clear and definite answer on these two, please enlight me! A) First, I am getting my birth certificate and my criminal background check translated by a retired translator. He signed, for both documents, a paper that state :" I, ___________________________, certify that this document is a translation from French to English, and that I have the skills required to do this translation. Signed on ______________ in Trois-Rivières, Qc, Canada". AND, I'm getting those two documents certified by a notary.Will this be ok with the consulate? B) Second, on a question in one of the forms to fill in for the P3 (sorry I have neither the form nor the question close by) they ask for the dates of any previous trips to the U.S. About 6 years ago, I went to Michigan twice for a short time in the span of 6 months. I drove there once and flew the other time and didn't have a passport since it was not required for Canadians at the time. I have ABSOLUTELY no idea of the exact dates I went there, and have ABSOLUTELY no proof or receipts. I can say it was around September-October the first time, and late December early January the second time. What do you suggest I write down? An attachment explaining my situation? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Getting married soon thanks to VJ members that helped during this process	Just to inform you all i am in America now with my fiancee we getting ready for the wedding on Saturday i just wanted to say that i had a rough time getting here from Nigeria first everyone that saw my visa was for America took something from me at the immigration i paid money at every check point in Nigeria although every thing i had was legal and genuine this was my first time flying out i just did not want to play smart so i just let them have it then i arrived at Atlanta and Their immigration officers gave me a had time i even missed my flight i spent 3 hours waiting while they were looking me up searched my bags they took my email and password why was that? dont worry i changed it later well after 3 hours of waiting in a place they came gave me back my passport and let me go well it was a great experience everyone is nice here and it felt realy good sleeping and waking up with my beautiful Angel thanks to VJ members for all their help i will need more soon when we want to file for AOS and also i got a question when do i file for a work permit? can this be done before the wedding? or after? How amazing it was! 8 fiance filed I-129f last December 1st week and NOA1 rcvd Dec.12,2012 got RFE Dec.27,2012 replied January 1st week USCIS rcvd the RFE from fiance January 16,2013 and JANUARY 28,2013 upon checking the status it was APPROVED..beyond our expectations thought it will take awhile but GOD is GREAT!and so with the USCIS...such a blessing! Very relived and extremely thankful to all the wonderful people on here who have helped us along the way. Hopefully rest of the process goes to plan. We were sitting here obsessing about timelines and processing limits and then it comes out of nowhere when I decide to check our status. As far as I know we might go over 7 months just because of the slow process of csc I called them on February 11th and asked for service request and a very nice gentelman said wait till end of February and u should get respond from us if not then call us back and file for service request this is frustrating. I can't wait no more :'( Mine was routed to Vermont...
