Got our NOA2 Aug 20th (hard copy Aug 23), called on Friday, told us to call back in 6 weeks hahaha.  Hoping in the next week or 2 they get it! But they seem to be slow lately! I am in shock that this is all happening. I didn't even expect to see NOA2 before October when we first filed. I wish you all best thoughts for speedy processing soon and I will post a review as soon as everything is done. Good luck!  Your process has been so fast!  I'm waiting for them to log my P3.  It just arrived there yesterday.  According to the Montreal Embassy site, soonest interview date is 80 days away.  But I'm already in the US with my fiance so I'm not depressed. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April Filers 2013 K1	We have been in transit for a week now.  NVC still hasnt gotten our file or at least hasn't logged it and assigned a case number.  I have packet 3 jsut about ready to go, and am jsut aching to get the interview and nedical schedules.  I am hoping to be on the road November 1...since I don't think I will get everyhting done before the end of August.  I need to give a months notice for my rental and I promnised work I would give a month as well.  I really hate not being able to make plans... Strange you haven't gotten your case number yet.  Yours was shipped before mine.  I called 2 days ago, received my case number and she informed me that by Monday, my case will be shipped to Montreal.    Oh just saw your post that you just got it.  Congrats lol!   Edited by Hannah777, 23 August 2013 - 10:45 AM. Our after NOA2 timeline: 20 days to ship to NVC 7 days to receive at NVC 1 day to get case number 28 days total since NOA2 Wow!  You got your case number fast!  I just received an email this morning that our case was shipped to NVC.  I was going to wait a week before calling for a case number but now I'm going to start earlier lol!   My case must have gotten shipped with yours.  Approved way after yours but got shipped exactly 2 weeks after approval. And not to burst your noa2 approval bliss, but the wait for the case to get shipped from TSC to NVC seems to be excruciating slow and painful. It's been 18 days and still no sign for us. And word of advice for anyone who's wanting to call, don't call NVC, call DOS instead. It's a shorter workday, I think the hours are 8-5 eastern time, but I've yet to wait on hold, and they're much nicer. I call every two days or so at about 1pm and usually speak to Michael, super nice guy. Also, has anyone who's been transferred, gotten shipped yet, and/or a case number? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April Filers 2013 K1	Hi all, I don't want any congratulations.  I think for those who have been waiting longer than us, it kind of hurts seeing the approvals.  But it went through for us (4 months exactly, no RFE).  The coolest thing is, I said for the last 4 weeks:  "As long as it goes through by Friday (August 2), it will be perfect."  The approval came through an hour and a half before midnight.  Now we wait for the rest.  Guess there will always be something to do with this whole immigration process.  Hope when those who haven't gotten their approval yet, you will have a drink and be in complete bliss when it happens!
