Canada	Medical Review - Medysis Montréal	Just got back from my medical! All went well! Here's a quick review of the process: Friendliness of staff: 4/5 Waiting time: 2.5/5 (For those of you about to schedule an appointment, make it as early as possible! Whole process took me 3 hours!) So I got there pretty early since there was no traffic. My appointment was at 11:00, but got there at 9:15. They called me in at around 10:20. Extremely fast exmanination by the doctor. Waited 45 minutes to get X-ray done. Waited another 50 minutes after that to get blood done. Left at 12:20, cost 213.23$ I asked the nurse that did the blood test if my file was ok, and she said that everything looks very good. Was told to pick up results after 3 business days. For what ive read it could be around 5 weeks tops so yours should be very very soon.... I am counting not the days... the seconds until the 19 to see if they finally place me inline for interview... QUESTION.... did you all send a copy of you taxes? I didn't will that be a problem? US Citizenship General Discussion	N-400 December 2013 Filers	You file the N-400 3 months prior to your due date.,,Mine was 12/2/2013. My application ran late because of the Gov. shut down for 3 weeks, Remember that in Nov 2013. I only received a letter on 12/4/2013  for appointment on 1/8/2014 and after the interview the swear in was 1/15/2014. (Houston Texas). I counted the amount of people that were doing N-400 interviews the morning I did mine-about 125. At the swear in there was 1,308. that's about 2 weeks of N-400 appointments by my quick calculations. So looks like Houston are running off a swear in every 2 weeks and their process time from your due date is about a month after that date,   But still a very impressive timeline for Houston. I have been eligible for years now. Applied on 12/5/13 from Houston, Tx and been in-line for interview since 01/07/14. 67 days have gone since I sent the application..Still waiting for the interview letter.	raza123	Not Telling	Pakistan	2014-02-11 21:25:00

US Citizenship General Discussion	N-400 December 2013 Filers	Finally got my yellow letter to bring additional docs(ONLY DRIVERS LICENSE)  to my interview (applied based on 5yrs).. Been looking everyday for it cause it seems like the majority of the people get a yellow letter shortly before an interview letter!!!     Does everybody suppose to receive a yellow letter ? I am new to the forum and was reading all your stories and progress!   I was wondering though how some of you mention you receive a text or email. Do we have to sign up to get that? Or are they pulling the phone # and email address from our N400 form to text and email us.   Thanks for the help!!!   You can sign up for email and texts at the USCIS website. I cannot wait to get this over with.   Weird that i did not get any e-mail or text about this, even though i signed up for email and texts alerts. i found out because i checked my status online on the USCIS website   According to this so... the theory seems to be true. I was placed in line exactly 1 month from my anniversary date as i have seen other people place in line a month to either before their 3 or 5 year anniversary.   One step closer!. I hope Miami gets to moving because i know it is one of the busiest local offices. However, checking on track it, most people complete their cases within 4 months. I hope to be done by April.       Looking at the trend of the previous filers, longer you wait for getting in-line quicker you get the interview letter. I had my bio done on 01/03/14 which was a friday and I was put 'inline' on 01/07/14 which is the immediate Tuesday afterwards. How could they complete a background check in one business day? Either one is elivible or not. 90 day early filing should not make a difference. Frankly I believe it all has to do with the load of the local office and the speed of agencies providing background checks.
