I was refering to the fact that I am in a tizzy because my receipt date is 2/9 yet people who filed more than a week after me are already getting NOA2s. Then Tonyeck mentioned that there are still early Feb filers who've only received their NOA1 and nothing more, and I asked how to find them so I felt better. So I'm a bit of a dip, and had had on my timeline the date I physically received the NOA1 rather than the notice date on the piece of paper. It was 2/9...and I got all pumped when I saw two touches last week...alas nothing further. These are the things I ponder (or rather, obsess over): 1)are those two touches and then silence a good sign or a bad one? 2)is the fact that those who filed after me have gotten NOA2s an ominous thing for me, or do things simply move at different speeds? 3)if I'm a good girl and extremely patient, will my NOA2 eventually arrive or will I be crushed by the receipt of a denial or an RFE? I've been following a thread about what they consider a fiance. I asked my SO how he'd describe our "engagement" and he was like, "well, we've been together for so long that we just decided to get married, and that's it." I punched two holes in the top and planned on attaching them with one of those metal fasteners, but it turns out the holes are too far apart. Any alternate suggestions? And I was going to affix sticky tabs to the bottom with the different types of info so they could be flipped to easily...but then I was thinking that they might not like having a sticky tab on things like the I129F form. Any ideas? Or does this sound okay? After wrestling with the fasteners and realizing that the holes were too far apart, I started writing the check. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February Filers!	because my fiance wrote his address in arabic on the second page and there's no way i could write it out myself if i printed out the new one. Gotcha! Makes sense. Hopefully the prior form will be accepted! My line of thinking (erring on the side of caution and #######-retentiveness) is that they had planned on accepting the prior version until 2/18, not knowing when they'd have the newest version available. It's not clear whether this is true (or maybe they'll just let it slip by) because the newest version of the form says: Prior versions of this form will be rejected, and the fee returned, with instructions to resubmit the entire filing using the current version of this form. As to why I just didn't save it on Adobe...who knows! It was only the first page I kept screwing up so it was easy enough to print out that first page again. Good luck! There's a box at the top of the new form saying that if the old is received, it'll be returned to you with the check uncashed. Luckily the I-129F doesn't require the beneficiary's signature so I've managed to screw it up several times and have to print another with nothing lost but my patience! Philippines	Medical without interview letter	Thanks guys! We weren't sure. I told him to just try if he could do it without the appointement letter. I'm also concerned about the x-ray, 'cause we work in health care and we have exposures to different diseases. How soon can my husband go for his medical? I paid the AOS and IV fee bill, and still waiting for them to be cleared. So technically, they haven't reviewed AOS and DS-230 (IV) documents yet. Philippines	December Interview for Manila USEM	one of the member here got his interview schedule for 12/8 (manila),i think the notice was sent to him last 11/8.i just asked him what visa he is applying for and when the case was completed. (his timeline was not filled up),i am still waiting for his reply.it worries me though,we still havent gotten ours yet. I just called NVC and the operator told me they haven't scheduled my husband yet. She advised me to call on or before Friday (same thing they've been saying since 1st week of November) to see if he was scheduled. I'll call them again tonight! I'm a f2a visa benificiary, I called up today and I asked the lady when can we have an interview and she told me they are scheduling me for next month, she told me to call back on Friday to know or to make sure of it. You think NVC is accurate? I am really expecting, but I have fears they might not include me still. That's awesome! I would call NVC again today (heck, I'd call them everyday! ) or have your husband call them for you. Maybe they will give him the schedule right away. I'm being optimistic that you'll get a December interview, after all your case was completed early November. I think they will schedule those whose cases were completed before yours then they'll schedule you. I know there's a chance of you not getting it, even my husband right? Philippines	December Interview for Manila USEM	I can't understand why they're making it hard for those who are married to get an interview date. We're already married, are we not supposed to be prioritize so we can be reunited with our spouse soon? I just can't understand their system. Yeah, I don't understand what's taking them sooo long to start scheduling people! Well I guess it's worth the wait if my husband gets an early December interview. I just hope they let us know already so we can prepare. My baby and I are going back to Manila to be with him during his interview, and I need to know the date so I can let my employer know and buy a ticket. Philippines	December Interview for Manila USEM	Hi Kim I am also waiting.for an interview my case was completed 10/8/10.I am getting very anxious.Its my husband's bday as well and that is his only wish too! I guess USEM is logged or something? probably also because of too much holidays in Manila. I called the embassy last week, I was asking for an earlier interview date because of my work. The person that I spoke to was willing to give me a November interview, he said there were still spots at that time from Nov 2-22nd, but he couldn't do it because he said they don't have the case files yet, and they won't be able to schedule my husband until they have 'em. Philippines	How many made it to December interview?	i called yesterday. and my fiance sched for Dec 9th at 7am also Congrats! I too waited for the December interview (F3) but wasn't able to get one . I called NVC just yesterday and inquired about but to no avail . I also asked the effect of the retrogression in the December Visa Bulletin to my Priority Date( since it retrogressed from March 1995 in November to July 1, 1992). My PD is October 22,1992 and my case is closed since Oc.15, 2010. The operator said all PD's that retrogress are all affected. Even if their cases are already in progress or have done medical exams or case complete just waiting for interview schedules, all of them will be delayed until their(mine included)PD's become current again. It is so frustrating and depressing to hear about. Just when I thought we're almost done with it, we will have to wait again until our PD is current...what a waste of energy and time Awww.. I'm sooo sorry to hear that! I guess I shouldn't complain that I didn't get a December interview because that would be very insensitive of me to you and to those waiting and were affected with the retro. Philippines	Interview to visa in hand	Hey I thought I would update you with this.. USEM in Manila uses 2GO company for delivery of visa. Also, I talked to their customer service over the phone the other day (Dec 1st) and they told me that my wife would have her visa in 3 days after she was to get approved. ALSO according to the website the fee to deliver is included in the IV fee.(i will double check with embassy on monday, dec 6th.)
