Congrats and good luck,

Since it took you around 70 days, so for us January transfers, it will be in mid march.....................

Case was transferred to Nebraska on 12/04/13. I got text/email that case was approved this morning. And just a couple of minutes ago another text/ email that case now being transferred to NVC.

Our case is a little different though. The timeline that I have on here is for my stepson, not my hubby. I am going to do adjustment of status for my husband, so he will not be doing the consular processing after all. I applied for the Parole in Place waiver for military veterans, that was just amended Nov 15th last year.  My husband already went to local USCIS office with initial paperwork and was scheduled 2 weeks later for biometrics appointment. Supposedly, after the background check comes back, we make another infopass appointment and will be granted I 94 card which is to be filed with his adjustment of status application like a waiver. Wish us luck. smile.png

Actually you should count the days from when NSC received the petition. Since we both got transferred on the same day, I assume your petition were delivered at the 7th.

Okay great. Thanks for clarifying.

Today I'm 38 days after after my transfer. I really really hope they don't take more than 60 days and that hopefully we all get approvals soon.

lets keep this thread alive because we sail in the same boat and will kinda get an idea where we stand.

Thanks again

That person didn't say it was expatiated petition, but I assume not. I am applying for i-130 at this point, I already got naturalized last year.

do you know if they were an expatiated petition?

I see that you had applied for naturalization, is that right? I'm talking about i-130 for spouses that are transferred to NSC.

do you have a link that person getting approved in 40 days from NSC?

Thanks for replying.

Appreciate it.

I tried multiple ways, calls to the national customer service center, email the NBC, and I even contacted the director of USCIS. The director sent some one from the liaison unit to follow up with me and I haven't heard from them since, I'll contact them again later this week....... At this point, I am just wondering if it is worth it for me to file for K3 visa.............

STILL NO NEWS REGARDING APPROVALS FROM DREADED DIVISION 8 @ OVERLAND PARK???

ANYONE??

Not yet, not sure what is the best way to put it. Since I don't live near the area and asking them doing something that is not exactly worthy of front page, or side page. Anyone want to help me putting up a letter?

Did you mail them?

I tested MSC1390787997 and it was approved on April 30th, and MSC1390787999 was only 2 numbers off and it is still in initial phase. So may be the numbers are generated in random........

I don't know, but assuming the numbers are going linear, then I only have less than 700,000 and not all of them are i-130s. Hopefully we can hear some news regarding overland park soon..........

I posted this on the June 2013 thread but I thought it might be interesting here too.

I saw someone else on a April NOA1 thread randomly started entering MSC#'s in their range to get info and I thought I'd give it a try.

MSC1390787999 - March 14 - and the subsequent March 15 dates still seem to all be initial review. The #'s before that start showing interview times and approvals.

Not sure if that's good news or bad and I'm not sure if it's from Overland Park or not. But it is some info.

Well, since the topic is regarding Overland Park, may be we should focus on that location. It is great someone got approved recently somewhere else, but it has NOTHING to do with Overland Park.

My point is that we are starting to see petitions be approved whether from Overland Park, KS or not. This is great news for I-130 filers.

I think we all need to take a chill pill and relax about Overland Park, KS. If the May AILA Meeting is true, then they JUST opened on Monday.

Who cares???

At this point we still haven't heard anything from Division 8 at Overland park yet, who knows if this division is operating or not. Seems like most of people waiting beyond May has their petition in Overland Park, it would be nice if we hear some/any encouraging news from there.

Who cares? It's still an approval. It means NBC is working and starting to get these out.

I received four emails about this transfer on 12/5/13, 12/6/13, 12/10/13, and 12/11/13. Per info pass appoint, TSC received my petition on 12/17/13. That is more than ten days since I received the first email about the transfer. I think it takes them a while to send out the petition to center after notifying you.

I was also transferred to TSC. I received the hard copy this week to confirm it. USCIS picked the rights to start transferring these petitions. The months they picked is when they are slow because of holidays. To the person that said he or she read somewhere that transferred petitions should be adjucated by the end of December, I hope of you are right. Let the Christmas spirit touch all USCIS employees so that they can adjucate our petitions so that we can be with our love ones soon.

Same here; NVC received approved petition on 1/21/14 and no case number yet. Called a few times and the response is the same - wait 10 to 20 days. I thought NVC should be quick after brutally waiting for USCIS to process the petition. I guess I was wrong. This process sucks. Good luck to us all.
