K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	last ? for the experts for a few weeks Please help	Looks like you've got a good petition put together If you still need ideas for proof of having met (or at least from having been your fiance's city/country of residence) I included copies of my luggage tags, my flight iteneraries, and loads of receipts for atm and credit card transactions. You may have already thought of that stuff, but when I was putting my petition together I was racking my brain and searching the forums and guides for all the ideas I could get. Make sure you make copies of the ENTIRE petition before you mail it. I scanned the whole thing into my computer instead of creating more masses of paper to keep up with. This way I can scan in new pieces (like the certified mail receipt and the NOA1) as I get them, and then print out complete copies later on. They have been routing quite a bit of stuff to CSC. Check out the timeline from my signature and it will give you a good idea of how long it will be until you get your NOA1. That would probably depend on how picky your consulate is. Im going through Casablanca and they are a real PITA when it comes to the financial #######. Is this your first job? Do you have any previous years tax returns to show financial stability? You may not need to worry about it depending on when your fiance's interview comes up. They want 3 years of tax returns, employer's letter, pay stubs, blood type, mother's maiden name, sworn statement, first-born child, small bits of Jimmy Hoffa.... It's great to have another Moroccan couple around Be sure to come visit the ME/NA forum, it's got alot of information relavant to Morocco that you will find helpful. I know how stressful it can be wanting to visit your sweetie and your low on dough. I had to postpone my first trip to Morocco by 4 months because I got laid off from work. I got pretty good deals on Orbitz, so you might want to check them out. But like the others say, you need to meet in person first. There are exceptions to that rule, but they are difficult to get around, especially if you are goind through Casablanca. That being said, don't get scared! We've all been through the same stuff you're going through and we are here to help each other. Glad to have you here! I'm Noura and my fiance' is Said from Casablanca, Morocco. I've just returned from my 2nd trip there after having met him here in the states. I'm about to send off our I129F packet also. Quick question on the supplement for question 18 - "How you met your fiance" ** How detailed did you get on your reply? I'm stating that we met March 2005 (in more detail) and that's when our relationship began. However, he asked if we should mention that we met (very briefly) in Nov. 2004. I mean, so briefly that I barely remember it, but I do remember it . Would it make a difference that we actually met 1 1/2 yrs prior and he had hoped to meet me again... and he did! What do you think? is it worth adding that detail? Thanks for your thoughts! Noura I asked a very similar question when I first started out here. Started corresponding online in X time frame, met in person on X dates, blah blah blah. One paragraph, straight and to the point. IMO, I would notate each time you met in person, even if some of the dates fall outside the two-year frame. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	ongoing relationship proof requirement?	The instructions for the I-129F do not specify you have to provide proof of an ongoing relationship. All you are required to submit is proof that you have met in the last two years. That being said, each case is unique and some couples will feel more (or less) evidence is needed to prove that meeting took place. I personally would not overload the uscis adjudicator with petition the size of math textbook, save the majority of your goodies for the interview. I had the same question when I first started out, and to be honest the answer varies depending on your case and consulate. My consulate is a real PITA so Im throwing every I have at them, but yours may not be as difficult. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	question on how to correct an error on G-325A	Im with L&L on this one, you'll probably get an RFE for it. But I wouldnt worry too much, its a simple mistake. Ahmed and I made a similar one, his address on the G325A is incomplete so we are preparing a corrected form to send in if/when we get an RFE. Even though we went over the petition packet a dozen times, we still didnt catch this iddy-biddy thing until it was already mailed out. The case was touched on March 20th with no other contact since. I saw a few NOA2s received yesterday that were from March 6th and 8th. So do you think this week or next, I'll either hear something about approval or an RFE? Dan has been gone too long already. I am feeling the need to be touched. Wait... rewind. Are they seriously moving that fast?? I thought CSC was still working on February receipt dates.
