IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	Hi, Today I got NVC case number, I tried to login in the system to fill out ds-261 and I got that message?   Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	Today I called NVC again and they told me that they can't give a case number, because my case is not already added in to the computer and I have to call them after a month. Do I have to call them on Monday again? I called them today, my case is still in a process to be inserted in the computer, whatever that means. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	I tried coupe of times to call them during normal hours and I was waiting 20 mins, nobody picked the phone. So I decide to call them in the morning, when they open. I called them on Friday at 7:20 am, I was waiting around 10 mins and I got connected. The whole conversation was 5 mins.  Today I called NVC again and they told me that they can't give a case number, because my case is not already added in to the computer and I have to call them after a month. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	By Phone. The lady gave it to me last November 5 both NVC case number and Invoice ID number. and telling me the fee Bill will generate on the system after a week or so. But Next day Nov. 6, we received email from them giving us FEE BILL for both AOS and IV. when I check the CEAC site, its already there and due to be paid. Did they received your files already?   When I called them today, she said that they received the file and I asked for an Invioce number, and she said that they will send me a mail package after 2-4 weeks. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	I always called NVC every other day.   October 22, 2013 - They received our file.   November 5, 2013- Got our case number and Invoice ID number   November 6,2013-  Received email from NVC and giving us FEE BILL for both AOS and IV and already due to                                 be paid. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	Hi, Today I called NVC and they told me that, they receive my case, so I asked them to provide an invoice number and she said that I have to received in the mail. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - November 2013	Call at different times. Whenever I called at 5pm EST, I'd get through in just a few minutes.
