I just off the phone with CSC where the file originated,  by the way they are telling it is......I called asked if they knew where my case was and what NVC had told me... the guy on the other end who was a tier 2 from CSC said I should call the embassy in Nigeria ...He said generally all files are sent to NVC but since it is not stated like that in NOA2 that maybe the immigration is starting something new and sending them directly.....He was unsure of everything and told me he couldnt tell if my file was sent or not anywhere. ...So I will call the Embassy tomorrow  to see what there answer is to late in the day to do it now.....Thank you all for your input it really has been a help	Solomon&Anne	Female	Nigeria	2013-07-01 15:08:00

Thank you that is what I told the guy at NVC this morning and he argued and argued with me that it was not going to NVC....but to Nigeria right off.  I told him I thought the file had to get another number designated for the individual country and he said usually that is the case but since my letter doesnt state it is going to NVC then it wouldnt.  Did anyones NOA2 say it was going to NVC ???? Hello all VJers, We got our NOA2 June, 17, 2013....and I was under the impression all K-1 are sent to NVC and then sent to the Consulate of designated country (Nigeria for us)....well I called NVC to see if they received our file and the guy said no then asked what our letter said and I told him it states that is was sent to the designated consulate and to contact the consulate for any questions....which my fiance is doing today.....Could anyone tell me why NVC was skipped ??? We feel the interviewers mind was made up before he got there.....Im also looking for answers.....I have contacted senators no reponse but it is only monday ....Dont give up being with the ones we love ....Love is what matters....
