K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Clarification on IMBRA Recall	My NOA2 is march 10, 2006 But i called nvc before and it left there since march 24 and the embassy emailed me cause they received it on march 29.. I also called Department of State recently and said that it had been received at the designated march 29.. there's no changes on my status whatsoever. My fiance (the USC) has been working as an operations manager for 11 months already.. we have his employer's letter and also bank statements, W2, which we need for the I-134. But the problem is, he's at the verge where he can no longer take the stress and pressure of his job and is on the hunt on finding a new job. He's a USC by birth but stayed in the Philippines for 21 years; he has only been in the US for 1 year and 2 months but he can support me because he has passed the minimum income requirement for AOS. Now my question is, would it affect us if he quits his job? What would happen to our papers then if he'll work for another company? Does it need to be changed? Our case has been approved and is already at the embassy last march. We're expecting our interview this august (PLS LORD!) I'm afraid it would look like he's unstable because he's only lived there for a year. What would be the best thing to do? Did you send it by signed for mail, has the cheque been cashed? It is too early to be stressing just yet and you won't get anywhere trying to call them, give it another week:thumbs: Btw please lose the CAPS! Upto now he hasnt sent me the I-134 documents cause he's always busy.
