Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 payment	Hello. I have a quick question. I'm filing the I-751 to remove conditional status and I was wondering, do I need to use a cashier's check from the bank when I send out the I-751 form or can I just use a personal check? Middle East and North Africa	Overseas phone calls	I use V.O.I.P such as intouch because it's very cheap like P1.40 per minute when i call the U.S and so much cheaper than my fiance calling me(imagine how cheap that is, PESOS!!). And they also keep all the Phone records in your account on their website so You can have a copy from the day you started talking. I still have a copy since the first time I called him using this and that was still around august last year. I don't know what you guys use there... Middle East and North Africa	Age a factor ?	Ali and I were talking this morning and we think that our case has taken this long because of our age. I am 21 he is 24. However, when I applied I was 19 and he was 22. As I have gone through this site I notice there are not alot of people as young as we are. Do you think our age is a factor ? Neither of us have been married or divorced, this is our first relationship, we have no children. So the only thing we have against us we think is our age. However, our age is not that young for our culture. In the middle east most brides and grooms are in their early twenties. So this is not unusual. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. my USC fiance is 22 and I'm still 21.. we started our k1 petition last year and received noa1 dec 8 and noa2 march 10, 2006.. i don't think age is a problem there as long as you're already in the legal age requirement. what service center are you at? the average days waiting for approval in CSC is 94 days.. try calling them. But after a zillion times of calling the NVC finally a very nice operator answered and told me he already received the case and that it's about to be forwarded this week at our embassy! woohhooo!!! I got my MNL********** nvc case number from him and i'm just sooooo happy right now!! THANKS! You hadn't received your MNL number until you called? Wasn't it on the bills you paid, the choice of agent, etc?
