It's weird because the coworker of my fiance just started sending out their I-129F last June but they got approved and they already got their MNL case number. NVC will forward it to the MAnila Consulate. I asked him why was that because I know most people after March 6 got affected by IMBRA. I even asked him if he was aware about IMBRA at all, he said no. It's not that I'm not happy for them of course I am. Theirs is even faster than my process before and I wasn't even affected by IMBRA that time. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Help needed	Hi all I just checked the USCIS tracking on our Fiance' Visa it said Appication type: 1765 application employment authorization on Oct 2 noticE was sent for approval of your application for employment I just went back there a few minutes ago now it's saying I129F Petition For Fiance Which is correct Is this normal procedure we didn't apply for a work application Thanks Allie I wish that was my I-765 being approved hahaha! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	pls help	The CD with the yahoo conversations- i just have it here, it is not sent yet, i meant i was going to use it for the interview. With the petition we sent only proof of meeting in person. And again abot the CD- i can print everything but it will take thousand pages. I was also thinking that they could not use this CD in their system. So, am i supposed to print all 1000 pages and bring them to the interview along with another 20-30 pages of phone bills? And about your question in the previous post, i think you are right- i suppose will be asked the same question at the interview. at least 5 ym conversations per month will do starting jan 2005 upto present. Easy to understand as there are mostly tourist who don't need CFO stickers and very few immigrants on flights. Well not completely, I mean denied in the sense that she had to take another CFO seminar.. but it all worked out for her in the end. We flew here together and it was a great feeling to know that we finally made it. IMHO, I dont even think that the CFO can stop you from entering the US. I know that it's in our (filipino) policy to attend it, but the US couldnt care less, all they need to see on their part is the approved visa. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	how accurate is the automated system??	I called the NVC this morning and it still says they did not receive it. I don't get it, dates that are later than mine were already forwarded to their respective embassies. Is the automated system always correct? is there by any chance they received our case already but wasn't able to update the system..? Oh and lastly, how will i know my nvc case number? thru calling the automated system again or nvc will just send us a mail..? Can be both? What if people could go wherever they want, with out going throw all this, I mean worent it be great if there was no immigration office, you could say I want to life in that city you get up and go if it dosent work out you go somewere else, that will be grate, however we have to go throw all this and what if it dosent work out what if after all this the person dosent get adjusted to life in the USA, that is possible life here is very deferent than in most other countrys. I some times wonder, my husband has here already and he knows how life is here however there is people how have never been to the USA. I am only wondering!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So why didn't he visit me or vice versa? because I need to have a visa to go to states.. and as for him, he's an american citizen by birth so it's his first time to be in the US and needs to get a job and stay with it so we can qualify for the AOS. I guess we'd rather sacrifice now and invest in our relationship first because we know this distance is just temporary and the rewards are great. If your love is strong enough to face any challenges, then take the risk girl, the fruits are always in the risks you take!
