I am just crossing my fingers that they sent the packet to NVC, but NVC hasn't received it yet.... I'm starting to get worried... USCIS tells me that they won't get it for 2-4 weeks, and for me to wait for my fiance to get packet 3! According to the message on the NOA2, it says NVC should have mailed my petition to London within 2-4 weeks... not just received it! I'm confused.... Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between August 15, 2009 and August 28, 2009 I'm dieing to know if that touch was the NOA2! They just told me it was pending on the phone, now I'm wondering if it will just show up in the mail... Does USCIS automated system update correctly? I know the website is flakey, but maybe the automated system would have the right info? It would tell me if there was an RFE or NOA2, right? Well, I called them today because I saw the touch, and I thought I would play dumb and ask when I would be receiving the letter. They said "We haven't sent you a letter, we're currently working on applications received in March, we received your petition on May 12th, so you are well within our 5 month processing time." She basically read verbatim what I could read online when I click on the case number. Not helpful at all, but since I don't actually have an issue, There was no reason for her to give me any kind of number I would use to e-mail CSC. Which is okay, I mean, I was kindof jumping the gun by calling them today, I just so dang excited about them updating the date online! She kept telling me that the date changing had nothing to do with anything other than updating the status, which hasn't changed..... we just talked around in circles until she basically told me to not call back unless its after October. So we're having fun, anxious to get biometrics done so we can get his permit slowly after I suppose. So all is well over here! I'm pretty good here too... Riggs got his SSN, saved up enough for completing the AOS packet... now I'm just researching what to do for that... but things are good here... just working alot while he's at home.... I never realized how much more food 2 people go through compared to just me. crazy. He's checked on how to get the SSN, and we'll be doing that on the week after next. Then getting a drivers license, in the state of Oregon requires a SSN Plus the wedding in a few weeks here, have no idea what I'm going to wear!! I'll make Riggs post up his reviews, he's being lazy. Waiting for the NOA2 for 93 days was NOTHING compared to watching the days tick by as Riggs had packet 3 and had not sent it in. 60 days I waited as he put things off, it drove me insane, I was so upset with him. Now looking at it, we could have had Thanksgiving together, and Christmas, and his birthday... so many things will (most likely) be missed because of those 60 days. I'm sure it won't matter once he's here, but I won't forget it for a long time, even though nothing can be done, and its already sent off now... but still... its tough. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2009 K-1 Filers	Just talked with Sara in the Visa DOS whatever place, she said her systems are down, but if they logged that I was eligible for an appointment last week, then I will probably be given an appointment date in the beginning of December. She said they only give appointment dates at the beginning of every month... which sortof coincides with how we seem to see spurts of appointment dates all coming in at once.
