So we finally got our package from FedEX, how about they cut the envelope open and put a yellow sticker on it that it was open by fedex for security reasons. Its not a big opening cause you still cant get the stuff out but its enough to peek in and see that's paper! so tomorrow morning we will go back to the airport and see what happens.

I totally agree with you. Now you have the rest of your lifetime to do the 'real thing' so there is no rush. I am enjoying Mike being here with me and not so much trying to over-exhaust myself with the every night thingee that we used to do initially good.gif

But to answer the question for the I-130 for a child. when Mike's dad filed for him he included all his kids on the same application and when the case was approved they did not get different case numbers. At the NVc stage they have to file separate DS-230 and pay the visa application fee and the whole case is continued as one with separate visa application and fees. good.gif

Congrats to you and your SO Tash. This week has been great for Ja and that makes me so happy with all the good news from you guys. If your SO enters the US after your second anniversary date, he should automatically get an IR-1 from my understanding. It is a smart idea to have him ask at the POE for this as it will save you tons of headache in the long run.

Once again, congrats and I hope that God will continue to bless, guide and protect you as you venture on this life long journey.
