K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	email message from CSC - re RFE reciept...	i mailed my rfe the same day i received it which is june 28. the return receipt from the post office says that the package was received on the 29th of june at around 1250 PM. i got this just right now *** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL *** The following is the latest information on your case status Receipt Number: WAC06XXXXXX Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: On June 30, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	is this normal?	same thing happened to me... it will get delivered and what i have done is waive the signature so it doesnt get sent back .. you can track and confirm with the tracking number... also when they receive your ! -129 they will send u a paper in 1 to 2 weeks and that will be your NOA 1 and that will give you a receipt number. once you have that you can check on your status at the ucsis site.... hope this helps	samir_shannon	Female	Algeria	2006-07-04 08:50:00
