National Visa Center (Dept of State)	HOW TO TRACK YOUR CASE FROM NVC TO EMBASSY	Hello, clearly Im doing something wrong. I went into the page as instructed to the part that says track by reference. I put the dates as such: 18JUL2011A I put the pickup shipment dates from july 13th to the 18th I dont what else to input to get information. WHats the customer #? DO i use my case #? You definitely don't need to be over there with him. It sounds to me that you have plenty to prove that you have a bona fide relationship (I sent the exact same things as you did when I was working with my fiance on the K-1 Visa). He went through the interview in England this summer (we were just married in October) - and I never even thought to be there for it. My husband thought it wasn't very difficult or stressful. He said the interviewer was nice asked him some simple questions (how we met, etc. - which was already in the paperwork before him). He said it was a piece of cake. I know that you have had a lot of stress gathering all the info and getting the paperwork together. Please don't stress out about this part. Caribbean	journey is over...he left me	for sometime now my relationship had been going down hill. it was obvious he was cheating, but i tried to not let my suspicions get the best of me. point of the story is last Monday, he left me he literally moved into a house with some lady and her three kids, and paid the down payment with money that he begged me to send him. some people warned me that the money he was asking me for might be for that so i refused to send it at first, but he swore to god and everything that he loved that he would never do that to me, and as soon as i sent him the money he moved in with her. i cried alot atfirsr but surprsingly im beginning to see things in a new light, and i realize that i have not been happy for sometime, and it was because of him. now i feel happier than ever and i pray to god to keep helping me stay strong. for all of those who are still waiting for immigration to get back to you goodluck, wish you guys the best! p.s i have been in love with this person since i was 12, and i am now about to turn 24. i have dedicated my life to him, in so many ways, and the way he repaid me was taking my money. and calling me a piece of ####, while i was actually pregnant with his unborn son....i lost the baby by the way. Positive vibez ONLY	I have a few questions that I may already have the answers for, but just to make sure i have all my information in order, so im gonna ask anyway: My fiancee and I are going through the K-1 process. We received our NOA-1 last month. I know we have a long way to go but just wanna make sure we know have all the necessary information before the time. My fiancee has 2 children (boy and girl). They are not traveling with him, and will follow at a later time. The first question is: -when he fills out the form DS156, does he have to do a form for each child, even though they are not traveling with him? -Does he have to bring there passport/birth certificates when he goes to his interview? My second set of questions are regarding his daughter. She is 14 years old. She came to the states for Christmas vacation in 2010. Unbeknown by my fiancee her mother decided to have her not return to Jamaica. My fiancee pressured her to the point where she had her brought back to Jamaica January, 2011. I am aware that she violated her visa by overstaying for one year. I am hoping that this does not affect her (his daughter) or him during his interview process. He was unaware of the mother's plan when she was sending her only for the Christmas holiday. So i guess my questions are -how long will she be banned from coming to the states? -will her overstaying affect her chances of getting a K-2 visa? -Will her overtaying affect my fiance when he goes for his interview?
