IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	What does VISA TYPE : CA mean ?	when you have a CA,(Cita Abierta) it means that that you can go any day for the interview as opposed to them scheduling you for your interview. just make sure that all of the paperwork needed is in order and both you and your spouse must attend the interview. make sure you get there as early as possible to be able to obtain a spot for the day. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	stubs to send my fiancee for her interview and letter from employer	1. are copies of checks my employer gives me, or check deposit copies good as pay stubs? I won't have more then 3 or 4 since i just started working at my current job and i kept a few of my check stubs from my past job, but i dont know if it should be submitted since I haven't worked there for 5 months. The co sponsor will have more to submit on that. 2. And for my employers letter, Can i write the letter and have him sign it? I think he will ask me to write it for him on Microsoft word. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 Information	QueenE is right,I have as well received the same noa2 notice wait about 2 weeks and then call NVC to give you the case number.when they finish with the case you will get another notice informing you that they have forwarded the case to the Dominican consulate.follow the flow chart for the k1 visas it explains everything. If so you are off the hook in terms of counting household size, but I believe there is a space on the form where you need to list all previously sponsored immigrants, and he'd still need to be listed there. I was previously married and divorced so for my fiances K1 visa I need to file a I-134 do I still put down that I had previously filed an Affidavit of support for my ex-husband? this was over 14 years ago. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Finally NVC case completed	YAY!!! See only 3 weeks. Now the waiting for them to schedule an interview date. We still don't have ours yet. They said although the Embassy received our case electronically they have to receive the actually file to schedule an appointment. I DID RECEVE A LETTER THAT SAID A PETITION WAS APPROVED FOR MY FIANCE AND IT HAD HER CASE# AND TRACKING# AND BAR CODES ON THE LETTER. Have you explained to your supervisor of the circumstances of why you will need those days off?not sure if your company allows this but even if it means taking those to days as a leave no pay? I listed her when asked about info on any children but I also put that she was not going to be traveling with him and her address in Chicago. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Interview date- Child is listed on interview letter	Hello everyone I am a bit concerned with my Fiances appointment letter, he sent me the copy that the consulate sent him and on it it has his daughter listed as the minor child,Can't explain how and why they did this because his daughter lives in Chicago with her mother.(She doesn't need a visa) I dont know how to take this? should I call the consulate in the Dominican Republic or The Dept of state here? or should we just wait until the interview? I must ask was the Co who sent you to the fraud investigation unit happened to be an older white american male in window 25. He was ours and sent just about every other couple when we had our interview we had to go thru the same thing. But Thankfully evrything worked out fine. so will yours. Fill it out and have everything for the interview even though they never asked me for mines when we went for the interview not even the bank letter or paystubs. During the interview they asked how long I have been working and the company I worked for. They may not even need yours but its always better to be prepared. Good luck in your journey.
