She doesn't have it because she still has not yet entered the US and applied for it. It is really really strange that they ask for this. PEACE............. So it seems like we are getting nowhere. Almost for each day that passes in real time VSC pushed your estimated date 2 days or more. Heck....in the past 2 weeks I saw my timeline move from the second half of August to the beggining of October. I know it is only an estimate...........but it feels frustrating and even more when Vermont approved 2 petitions from May super fast and were not even expedite. Don't get me wrong. I'm happy for them because they breezed through what is normally the hardest part of the process. Yes....I have to be patient. But it is still hard. PEACE................... After coming back I made 2 copies and while checking them for accuracy I found one extra mistake on the I-129F. I fixed it and only then I sent the papers. PEACE....... To help you ease your mind a bit and maybe make the time go faster, get a hobby, concentrate in your job, do excercises......something to keep your mind occupied. 2. Also don't wait until the last moment to gather, prepare and organize your evidence of relationship. It can get quite overwhelming if you leave it for after you get your NOA 2. Do a little here and a little there and you'll see the results. 3. If you can, check in advance what other documentation you might need for the consular stage. Some could take time to get. That and how many people are ahead of you will determine the amount of time that you or your fiance/fiancee will be. In Cory's case her appointment was for 1 pm. To submit the I-129f you need only the I-129f and G-325A forms. The I-134 is submitted at the interview stage. The I-765 and I-131 are for the AOS stage. Remember that for the I-129F submission you will also need letters of intent from both of you, evidence of citizenship from you, evidence of having met in the 2 years previous to the submission, passport photos from both of you. Now I read about the "Two year home country residence clause" and I am confused and worried. My fiance is from Ukraine but has been living out of Ukraine for 5 years. While doing his PhD in Germany and now working in France. Does this clause means that he need to go back to Ukraine , live there 2 more years and then is that we are able to file fiance visa in Kiev?
